Delivery was done in a day which was amazingWhile its just been couple of days since I have received and am using the chair, initial feeling is its great, and comfortable for long hours useA very small observation , some parts viz backrest connector or headrest connector had scratches which would give one feeling they are not new parts , but no impact on smooth and proper usage of chair.overall I will surely recommend company vis a vis vis product.
