We moved back to India after living 18 years abroad and were setting up our dream home in Pune. We were looking for someone who can do a professional job and design per our custom needs. We got in touch with several interior decorators including Kitchen Decor. Our first meeting with Kitchen Decor staff and visit to their showroom made us feel that we have found what we were looking for. Their entire process from understanding the customer requirements to estimations and delivery is text book perfect. They spent quite a lot of time first to understand our high level requirements. Following that they did the initial measurements and came up with the blueprints. After that they again sat with us and accommodated our changes and choice of material. Once the design was final, they again came for the final measurements with accuracy details in millimetres. Once this was done they worked hand-in-hand on estimates till the quotation was final and agreed between us. Following this was delivery, they took couple of weeks to get the custom units ready and began the installation work. As we had 5 big wardrobes, four bathroom units, study area, library, shoe rack and store it took 3 to 4 weeks of installation time which they completed to precision and exact fit. They regularly visited for inspection and made sure work was done as per design. There were areas which were not included in the original design, they helped with it - we had a huge frame to put in and they helped us with it ! The end product exceeded our expectations and was much better than we had imagined. Milind from overall engagement, commercials and design and Rupesh and his team to delivery - were the best. They truly made our home a place to live in and i am sure this is going to last forever. This was at par or even better to the international standards. This is the place to go for all your furnishing needs. I am a very satisfied and happy customer, as i have experienced this first hand. If anyone would like to visit and see their work, i will be more than happy to invite you at my place. For those who would be thinking i have some relation with Kitchen Decor, I have none. I am just a customer who was looking for vendors, luckily found the best and am happy with the delivery and hence writing about it. I would not think twice before choosing them again for any interior work - the BEST !

During 2017, we got our kitchen designed, manufactured and installed by Kitchen Décor. We are using it during last 2 years and are very happy with the design, manufacturing and installation. Below are the points to mention about this work.1) Initial design, site visits were handled professionally.2) Manufacturing and the deliverable are really good quality - excellent finish. Its intact after 2 years3) Installation and fitting job was executed very smoothly and clean execution. Thanks to the in-charge and carpenter who worked for 3 days to make sure its installed properly handed over on time.4) Installation job done so well - all doors, trolleys are in position after 2 years. Even if we had 2 visits to fix issues, there were no major alignment issues to fix. It was a routine visit.5) Post installation service was handled properly during 2 years warranty period.Overall excellent service - we are very Happy. Thank you ! Recently, I got the kitchen furniture done from Kitchen Decor. The work is good but NOT THAT GOOD. The cost is almost double of local shops. The Kitchen Decor fails miserably to give any customer delight or surprise gift. There is a lot of scope for improvement in delivering the value for the cost they charge.

A wonderful experience with Kitchendecor. They had done my kitchen ten years back and now it had developed some problems due to MDF material selected which was rated an excellent material. But then on my just a call/mail to them, it was an unbelievable response from a seller to an old client. I could get the problem fixed in a very short time. I appreciate the response and quick action, which was beyond my imagination and expectation in such an era of cut throat competition where a past client is seldom cared for post sale care.

I have done my Kitchen from Kitchen decor; it was really a very good experience from designing stage to Execution. Very co operative staff and I am extremely happy about the product quality.

Had approached the showroom three times and there was no response on further basic details as well said by few they are least bothered about customer requirements or business.

Beware of Kitchen Décor because of following points!1. While selling, sales people from showroom will tell you everything like 304-404 steel, rust less accessories, hetich hardware, double laminated material, lifetime service, lifetime guarantee etc etc all with intend to take maximum price from you.2. During initial discussion these sales persons have all numbers at his fingure tips. But once you purchase kitchen then sales persons behave like new borne babies with no knowledge of price of their own items and the same in the market.3. For post sales services there is one arrogant and egoistic fellow named Chaudhari who says he would sale Rs. 600 item at Rs. 1500 because that is his company policy and he wont talk with you properly forget about providing service. On asking reason he proudly says this policy has been decided by Company core team and he is part of core team.4. For rusting hardware, they say that we might have put salt on the hardware as if that is the only work on earth left for us.5. Please check prices of individual items in bill with market price, definitely these people will try to charge you much more than market price.6. Just buying 50K item at 150K is sheer stupidity under façade of brand name.7. Trust me buying from here means absolutely pathetic post sales service, they are not even bothered to even look at your complaint unless you follow up for 50 times.Absolutely disappointed! Buy 75K kitchen from good small shop than paying 150K for same kitchen here.I am editing point 3 after 8 days, I have purchased same hetich hardware from local shop at Rs. 500 which Chaudhari (companys so called core team member) and sales person was selling me at 1500. Make your own wise decisions.
