I ordered Meleti High type table from their website. To be very honest after the order on Friday night, I just googled about the company. Strangely I saw many negative reviews. I was bit scared did I choose a right choice.To concrete my thoughts they didnt respond well when enquired about my item through WhatsApp.After 3 days they shipped my item and it reached yesterday through Delhivery.I spent around 30min to assemble it and it looked great. I loved it.Though its stable, its slightly tembling.I felt the main frame should have been with higher guage to rate it 5 star.

Amazing work desks by Innofur. They are sturdy and comfortable. One of the feature I like about the table is the small upper desk above the main platform they have provided. A lot of miscellaneous things on table can be kept there and thus gives a lot more space to utilize the main platform.

Be prepared to face rudeness when u order the merchandise from this company. When I asked the owner about my product he asked me to cancel the order. The company is not capable to deliver or to answer any queries relating to the delivery of the goods. The calls don’t go through and they reply to u via what’s app chat and that too with so much attitude as to they are delivering goods made out of gold. The people who work for and in this company majorly need to change their attitude towards customers. Dealing with them left a very bad note on the company so beware if u want to have a similar experience. They don’t want to grow and learn. Pathetic experience.If u give an honest feedback of your own experience ,then they will say that u misbehaved with their customer support to prove that the customer is wrong and not them ,so beware of this also as the owner is also as rude as the staff who answers the mobile!

Had ordered a product a table month back on Flipkart and was delivered a completely different wrong product. This was confirmed by the technician and hence the return was approved. Since then struggling to get the product returned and refunded.4 times the return request is created and cancelled on last day.Flipkart saying they are just a platform and pickup and return will be arranged only by seller and seller is not providing the pick up.Will surely check the seller before ordering next time.

Ordered with them via Amazon. Did not receive the product and no proper updates. Contacted the seller and they are insisting that the product is with Delhivery but Delhivery is sending automated updates that the seller is not providing the shipment to them. Not sure on who is saying the truth. Should avoid prepaid orders with them.

Ordered study table from innofur. Worst ever experience ordering something online yet.No proper contact number. The one shared is only to whatsapp, however, they dont respond adm provide updates.I ordered on 28th June, and Innofur initially mentioned it has been dispatched. However, even after 10 days Delhivery shipment company portal shows status as not picked up from seller.Few days back Innofur did mention Delhivery lost the item and Innofur team will be dispatching another one. However, since this discussion I have stopped getting any response and any update. Been 13 days over all and order is fully prepaid.My recommendation, never ever buy anything from innofur. Not worth the effort and you end up wasting lot of time in chasing people and will eventually lose both time as well as money.

I placed an order on 30-May for a Meleti Folding Table/Multi Purpose/Study Table/Adjustable Portable Laptop Table - White on their website. This order is fully prepaid. There is no response from them and the contact number provided on their website is always switched off. Who do I get in touch with? I am not able to track the shipment too from the Delhivery courier website and it mentions “Consignment not picked up since 01-Jun-2020.Finally got the consignment on 08-Jun-2020 a delay of one day from the promised 07-Jun. Its sad that post this review also, none from Innofur responded to this review nor the mail that I sent. The only silver lining is they respond to the WhatsApp messages sent to the cell number mentioned in their website.As for the product, its good and its value for money.

Highly unprofessional and unpredictable behavior. Kept waiting for a week as I am in the same city of the manufacturer and later I contacted on WA number for inquiry. Got a response - your order is cancelled sir, period. So I wasted my time and energy, it is my responsibility. YMMV.

Contact them via WhatsApp which is quicker to get response as no one is picking their customer support number due to shortage of the staff...
