Never buy products from Home Decor. Quality is not at all good as per brand name ans cost paid. I purchased a sofa @ 35000/- just 3.5 years back and it started tearing off and belts got loose in just 1.5 years time. We got it repaired then and again after 3.5 years it started getting damaged from different places and belts got loose. After sales service support is very poor. Will never recommend anyone to buy products from them.

I have been visiting this store for last 8 to 10 years, at least once a year with some or the other friend. 90% designs and variety is same for these many years. I am seeing same sofas, same beds, same dining tables, same tv units and same office furniture and same garden and bar stools. Nothing changes here, just the stock gets older the prices go higher...probably antique value increases.They have a staff but we cant call them sales staff. They are just attendants. Showroom gets terribly hot due to comple glass on west side. But air conditioners are never on. They see customers are sweating but proactively they do nothing, If customers complain, they will start just one split AC where the customer is.To my experience, they never negotiate, they have the most expensive furniture with average or below average quality.Earlier owner was some Mr. Bhandari, he started this legacy of selling the same stuff and same experience like a grocery shop.I remember, in my many visits purchase was made only once during first visit. Then I went their with friends just to check and compare prices with other shops.Strongly wont recommend this shop purposely not calling it a showroom.

Good variety of furniture with reasonable rate

Service is not at all good.Also the mechanic who come home for fitting just do their job for name sick and are hurry to leave. Also tried calling many a times does not answer nor revert the query.

Dont rely on their Fake promises ..No after sales services ..Do not pay full amount before delivery & inspection else you need to just keep following up. They send a defective Sofa and still not able to resolve the problem.You can get better variety & prices at Wakad or even at pepperfry and most important is prompt delivery .

I gave one star, just to write this feedback,. This shop does not deserve any star. The Product quality is worst , very high cost compared to market and the terrible after sales service. One should think 10 times before buying products from them.

Horrible experience after sales service. They never visit your place once they deliver ur product. These guys are good in making fake promises about 2 years support n all. One of my wardrobe still dont have locks and hadle after 2 years.. which they supposed to fit next day after delivery. I request buyers not to even visit this place. Furniture is not so different from road side.

Its located just at the corner of Patil Nagar get exit of chellaram hospital and you will get it good space specious showroom for soft furniture sofa bed cushions are very good you will get a lot of samples best option for bavdhan area
