I purchased a living room sofa set from this outlet and regret my decision. I have added the picture of the sofa for your information and I would strongly recommend you not to go for this sofa set as it is a very bad product.The product I saw at the Home Center was impressive and found that to be very comfortable and good for seating. After checking it up for 30 minutes in the store, I purchased the set. I was informed that a fresh piece will come from the manufacturer directly in 2-3 weeks time - of course one need to make 100% payment at the outlet on ordering and the product will come directly from their vendor. HOME CENTER do not have any control on the quality of the product delivered by the vendor and the time taken by them to deliver. You need to keep following up with them.On receiving the product and after using it for few days, we realised that the base cushion was very supple and sinks very badly when some one sits. It leads to severe discomfort and back pain (such issue i never faced in the showroom piece!!!)I then lodged a complaint with Home Center and after a week someone came to check the sofa and agreed that there is an issue and informed me that they will take the sofa for rectification. After few days, after repeated follow ups, a team came and took the sofa for repair. For repairs there is no commitment on the time. They will take their own sweet time and you need to have perseverance in following up with them. After almost 3 weeks I got the set and though they claim that they have done some work, the sofa still remains very uncomfortable to sit and leads to back pain.I purchased the set consisting a 3 seater and a 2 seater for Rs. 55K. It is hardly 3 months since purchase and 1 month since the so called repair. If someone is willing to pay me Rs. 25K also, I am happy to give it off as I can write off that Rs. 30K of loss against my discomfort.I will never go to Home Center for any furniture need in future.Assess the product well before finalising and do not get carried away by their sales talk.

It was a spacious store but there are less choices for home decor they need to work on their stocks always something is out of stock

Disappointed.. I bought a recliner sofa 2 seater from the store which was at 10% discount but to my horror as I left the store I checked it was @15% off online. I lodged a complaint online and at the store too but there was no refund.The sofa was delivered after 14 days. It was in a flimsy package. Doesnt seem to be moved from factory in the same packing. I was told the sofa needs to be assembled but it was already assembled. No carpenter turned up on being called by me twice. Ultimately my deductions indicates it to be used one as the rub sheets near feet are worn out and stitches from some places are coming out. I doubt the new product is kept by the showroom and old one is handed over to me.Lessons.1. Check offers online also.2. Take whatever is available in the showroom, dont wait for online delivery through a showroom. Deal directly.3. Avoid the brand as far as possible, as better deals are available by insaraf and Naveen arts with better quality and finish and wood.Very unprofessional.Might be the last purchase.Will not recommend

This is the main place and on LIFE STYLE top floor. The display is really good and quality of merchandise is also great. Choice is plenty from decorative pieces to household articles. Staff arr also very helpful and well trained. It is a pleasure to visit just to browse around is also fun. A fascinating place to be in runs riot for interior buffs.

If its special day you want to order a furniture for then you should totally avoid ordering from home centre, local vendor will be a good option and more reliable..we ordered a sofa set well in advance and were eagerly waiting for it on said day we received a message day on same day informing about product on the way we were highly impressed with the services but to our horror the product was not delivered..we called the customer care who them informed us that our product is in transit and will take two more days..then we called the store manager who was so cold as iceberg that he was not bothered about the customers problem..he assured that he will give a call back next day and let us know status of our product..Today we again received message regarding delivery of product but as expected still our sofa has not reached us.unprofessional, not trust worthy and team which is not concerned about sentiments of their customers..Once customer pays the entire amount of the product Home centre nor their team in concerned if that product has reached the customer..sad on part of such a reputed company..people working are letting the name down..

I had purchased a Sideboard from this store on 17 Aug 2019. The promised date of delivery was 30 Aug 2019.On 30 Aug 2019, when I did not get my order delivered at my address, I tried to contact the sales person who had taken my order but failed. Then I called up the store to find out the reason for the delay, but there was no one available to attend to me complaint. Later I was informed that there is an issue with the warehouse as my address is in opposite direction from the location of the warehouse and I was promised the delivery on 3 Sep due to Ganpati festival holidays.When I did not receive delivery of my order on 3rd Sep also, I was told the same excuse about the issue with the warehouse that my location is too far!When I threatened them to take them to the consumer court, my side board was finally delivered at 8 p.m. on 4 Sep in a packed state! But the carpenter was not sent along with the delivery to assemble it! I was told that the carpenter will come and assemble it the next day and give me a call before coming!However I am still waiting for the carpenter to come and assemble the sideboard! It has been 3 days since the delivery was made!The costomer care guys give a standard excuse, that we are sorry for the inconveniences caused but can do nothing beyond that.They do not give the contact of anyone who can be spoken to locally either at the warehouse or at the store!PATHETIC AND MOST USELESS WAY OF FUNCTIONING!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HOME CENTRE!!!
