Extremely poor standard of workmanship and lack of professionalism ! The owner is irresponsible, doesn’t take your calls and is more focused on bigger orders. Delivery of my furniture was much delayed as they are least bothered after taking advance. The work on my furniture was pathetic and when I complained I was told that it would be rectified but didn’t bother to do it till now ! Don’t waste your money on FM Arts and this is my honest advice !

Please dont order anything from this shop. I dont know about others. However there is a guy named Salman. Never ever deal with him, Extremely unprofessional guy. He does lots of promise while taking the order. However, once he receives money he does extremely poor job. Above all he will never deliver the goods on the day they promised. They promised the deliver the goods in 14 days, However they took 120 days to deliver goods that too with lots of imperfections. When you question them, all they say is Thoda fault to rahega Sir. Most of the time they have shortage of labours and your goods will never be delivered on time. On the final day of delivering the goods they called and told me we dont have labors for taking the goods to 5th floor, you need to arrange by yourself. What a pathetic service. Shame on these guy.

I have ordered for L shape sofa, Modular TV unit, 2 Beds with mattresses, polishing ofDining Table and my own sofa. Amazingly all the work performed by him with full heart are very good. The unique business policies of F M Arts is that as per his words he shown all the materials he used before he goes its manufacturing.We received the materials not only in scheduled time but with full enthusiastic support.The antique collections and his own ideas are rare in Pune market.God bless him in all his endeavour.Kiran Kulkarni.
