The buying experience was very good 5 out of 5Now to the chair itself after using it for a little over 2 weeks...Comfort 4 out of 5Build quality 3 out of 5.For the price paid, definately expect better build quality.When I lean back, the chair starts squeaking.Plastic quality could be better.There is no locking mechanism for the head rest.
