Extremely poor quality of Cabinet made by them. Had to return it, on delivery, owing to pathetic quality. They renovated it, but there was hardly any change from the original.This shop is a complete waste of money (expensive as well, compared to market rates). Please dont order any furniture from Collection-I

Do not even go into showroom. Worst service once u pay all amount u r nobody for them. I have purchased bed and wardrobe quality and service everything is bad. I wasted almost 1.5 lacs

Do not go with the display furniture. The furniture they deliver is not good. The wooden material they use is also very bad and spots are visible once polish wears off. Would never recommend to buy furniture from this store. They have the store in both kharadi and wagholi and Carpenters are also mannerless.

Had a very bad experience. While ordering they were very cooperative and understanding. They said yes to all the customisations. They promptly came to house for measuring dimensions. After that they they took more than 25 days to manufacture the furniture. They have a policy to not deliver the furniture till entire payment is done. Once the furniture was delivered it was not what I had ordered. None of the custom work was done. On complaining they said they will rectify it. After that they stopped receiving my calls. Should have read Google reviews before ordering. Never going back here again.

Good collection of furniture and friendly service. Arif bhai has a great knack at choosing colors and other aesthetics to your furniture. Prices are competitive too.

They have very good sales people who will convince you to buy furniture at best possible costly rate but than they will deliver you the lowest quality furniture. And forget about warranty as they say 2 years but whenever you ask for service they will raise their voice and ask for servicing charges. They talk very rudely when asked for servicing and even starts yelling at you. Do not trust them at all.

Very poor quality of furniture. Dont be misled by the furniture kept in the showroom. The actual quality of furniture they deliver to you is very substandard.The wood used is shedding dust.Instead of sewing the fabric, they have used staplers !!!The sewed joints are coming out just after using 2 months.The wood on the center table is layering out rapidly.I spent 40k for a L shaped sofa and center table and I still regret my decision everyday I sit on this sofa. You will feel cheated. Stay away from I-collection or any of its branches.

Nice commitment delivery on time and even after sale service is too good 1 of my friend had bought furniture from collection I last year they recommend me to go to this store now I also recommed to my friends

We bought a six chair dining set ( and few more items)from this shop. Quality of chairs promised was as always great but what they delivered was really cheap.We faces constant problems with it. I had to take chairs to this showroom for repair and it took weeks to get it repaired.Finally shop owner suggested to buy new ones as he said these chairs will not last long.He mentioned he will provide discount and quoted 30k for new dinning set in exchange of existing dining set.This quote is much more than standard new dining set elsewhere.When we made him aware of prices elsewhere he bluntly said the existing set is of no value.Really disappointed with service and how much this shop misguides customers.Stay away from this furniture showroom!

Very poor service, they will tell you this and that at the time of selling but dont believe them. i had ordered for a room set and they have delivered defected item. the ply was very bad in quality. they have also told me if there is any issue they will send their person but after calling so many times they mis behaved with me. please be very careful while purchasing anything from them.

Well, It was one of the most bitter experience in my life in terms of buying furniture. To be honest I wont say that I didnt saw the reviews, I did saw yet thought to overlook them as it might have been a foul play by rivals.I purchased a sofa from them, which was not built anything what I expected it to be like. Trust me its not that I was fussy or too specific that it should be as per my requirements but the delivered product was not even close to what they had shown me on showroom!So their business/con model is pretty simple, they keep well finished goods with optimum quality on their shop, suggest you to customise things and then end up making a substandard product.Last but not least, you can also observe that they are very upfront about the payments and act ignorant after they receive their money.

Worst shop ever.!!!At the time of taking order they say will do this and that...once the money is in there hands...even they will not come to fix it to our home....worst service we ever had....they said they will use good wood and 7 years warranty...in contraverse to that..they even denying in a month only...to fit the loose parts of furniture and all .we think that instead of taking furniture from this shop we have added 10000 more and took the furniture from any trusted shop.Trust me we are regrating for our shoppingPlease dont buy anything from this shop ever!!!!!Humble request!!!

Collection I is the best furniture store in Kharadi that can give you a product of immense quality at the most competitive price. The best thing about the store is Arif bhai. If you are confused with your order ask Arif bhai to help. Initially, we ordered for two cupboards. After seeing the quality of the products and their finishing, I ordered for another one while taking the delivery of the two. Arif bhai is an exceptionally talent person and a gem of a human being. He not only quoted the best price in the market but also corrected my design and suggested the best looks for my Cupboards. I am very happy with the product and the service.

Had a bad experience. At the time of ordering they were very prompt and responsive. They were very firm about their policy to collect payment before delivery. Once payment was done, they stopped receiving calls. Order was delayd by more than a week and customizations were not done. Any complains afterwards were not entertained. Never visiting them again.

Only one word ,Poor ....Once you place order, people never respond properly. Bad wood used in furniture .Showroom shows a different quality product but actually quality is way poorer than shown .Never recommended furniture of this place .

The biggest mistake I did was not checking google review and went to shop... The quality of furniture is pathetic and service is too bad. I have to give one star as minimum would have given negative otherwise. Service and attitude of people working here is very poor. You call them for months and they dont bother to reply. This is a worst place for any kind of furniture buying. The guys are extremely unprofessional, liar and cheating people with quality and furniture specifications. The guys do not have sense of customer satisfaction and run behind any kind of money that they can make from customer.Please do not buy any thing from here. though sometimes looks it is cheaper by 1/2K compared to other shops nearby. but when you place order and then after 15 days you will start thinking why they are cheaper. These people are extremely rude and I suggest never buy any furniture from them.Hope you have read this before you placed order or god only can save ur order.

BEWARE!! I would NEVER recommend this furniture store! .I have worse experience with owner of collection 1.The Quality of work is very poor. I have made bed, Almiras , sofa and kitchen work and now I am thinking why I given order for kitchen work.Ply and frame over bed are not sticked well because they used cheaper adhesive material for sticking the ply .Kitchen work done is outdated quality. The amount you paid doesnt resembles with the quality of material.So never purchase any thing from this furniture store.

I bought a dining table from them last year (April 2016). With in a year the joints have started to come off. One of the chairs developed a crack which they fixed with some really patchy and ugly looking finish. When I refused to accept the owner of the shop started to abuse me with really bad and unacceptable language.I would strongly suggest to refrain from buying any furniture from this shop.

AVOID!!!Very unpleasant experience right from sales to delivery. The specification of the job will be changed without your consent and at the time of delivery they will try their best to convince. Even if they thin down the specification the total cost remains the same. Also, when you get furniture at home make sure you have an appointment with the pest control guys because lot of bugs will come out.

Worst furniture store.All LIARS, furniture pieces already falling off within a month.Used materials fitted. Very bad quality plywood used. No finishing at all.They will ask to come and check quality at the workshop, after visit they replace things. Handles full of scratches and gum. Screws fall off. Hydraulic doesn’t work-breaks off in a week. Inside of the hydraulic-very low quality plywood used without any finishing or veneer, same with Top and behind the wardrobes, behind the bed and night stand. The wood starts forming powder everywhere.ITS PATHETIC.The shopkeepers must be sued for cheating people and put behind bars.Never go to this shop.

Very worst experience whit these guys , I literally fought with them for remaining two pillows . They dont consider you as customer once you buy something from them . This is not furniture shop its bunch of stupid people selling ply woods . My mistake is I didnt read reviews about these guys and paid them . They gave me warranty of 7 years ( yup seven years I Say ) But after purchasing it second day I asked them to come and do finishing but they dont even bother and giving stupid reasons . Owners Phone is always switched off and workers ask to contact owners . I did big mistake by buying sofa from them .
