Good food, not too much variety, but thats okay, since they do what they do quite well. The starters are really good. Rates are rather steep so its advised to book via eatigo or a similar app, so as to make it easier on the wallet. Oh, and the actual location is around 800m away from the Google Maps location. Ask around and youll find it.

Ambience was just about okay. Dinner buffet was awesome... Good Verity. But the dishes served were mostly made out of frozen non veg food!

I had made a booking through EazyDiner for a table for 6 persons for 09 Jan, 2018 (Confm no.522604). The booking was initially for a buffet fare which I changed to a la carte on the day of booking itself ie. 08 Jan, 2018.We were shown to our table and I reminded the staff member that we had a booking to which he said he was aware. No sooner had we sat down, much to my surprise and without even asking us,starters were brought and served to my guests. No order was taken for drinks. Ultimately we did manage to get our drinks but after the starters were served. At that point of time it would have been very embarrassing for my guests if I had intervened and informed the staff that I had ordered an a la carte fare. So I had to lump what O Hotel wanted me to have and not what I wanted and also pay extra for it. When the bill was brought, the print was so light that I was unable to make out what was printed on it because it would have taken me atleast another 15 min. I was also promised a 10% discount on food by EazyDiner which I am not sure I got. Ultimately, through sheer frustration I paid the hand written total (Food + drinks).To sum up, the food was mediocre, the service was indifferent and Im not sure if the light print on the bill was intentional. If it wasnt, well then, it shows the state of affairs of the establishment. As far as Im concerned, I WILL NEVER EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES VISIT OR RECOMMEND DINING AT O HOTEL to any of my friends or colleagues.Capt Narendra Pawar.ps. the booking was made in the name of Virendra.
