Visited this store during the weekend and it was quite crowded. We had to wait a few minutes while we were assigned a staff but they were polite and eager to make us comfortable while we waited. Overall the service is good. They have a great range of occasion/wedding wear and are open to doing customizations in short times. I have been to the store a few times after that and they had a new collection during each season while still maintaining their service quality! One of my favorites in Pune!!

Poor customer service. Kept us waiting for 45, mins and showed hardly 2 lehengas.

Got the most perfect suited lehenga for my wife in my budget. Beautiful collection and most helpful staff. I would surely reccomend this store to everyone, its far better then the nearby store in this area.

Snushas staff should get an etiquette class. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. They were getting irritated with us because we did not like their collection(and the collection was genuinely unflattering and dull). They not only were not interested in their job but also back answering us when we spoke up.This place needs to shut down. Totally off putting and not worth your time and energy.

I visited this store to buy anniversary gift for my wife. Must say loved the collection and the service. The staff is extremely welcoming and will show you great stuff as per your budget. They have outfits in all ranges to suit different types of occasions. An extra shout out to all the hygiene and measures taken during covid times.

Amazing Bridal collection. Loved the Banarasi & Paithani saree collection too. The sales staff is very well-informed about the products and are happy to assist you with all your inquiries. It is a one-stop-shop destination for the brides-to-be. Highly recommended and a must-visit store.

The shop is over hyped at the entry only the owners ask you your budget and if you do not have budget over 25k they dont treat you well. They dont show you the dresses or sarees. So if your budget is high then only recommended to visit the shop. Of course nearby shops are more better for high budget shopping and not at all comparable with nearby shops.

Horrible experience.The salesmen do not know how to sell.I went there to purchase wedding/reception lehenga, but they showed me only 4 dresses. Extremely lazy staff. They said they have bridal dresses in the basement warehouse, but refused to bring out variety of dresses to show.People should not open such shops if they do not want to show their dresses or do not know how to sell.Please do not go here, unless you want to feel stupid or insulted.

Its a beautiful store & centrally located, with humble and sweet staff. Everytime I visit Im stunned with their collection its unique. I must also add that they arent too pricey. Its worth every penny. They also do minimal customisation if you have enough time in hand. Im one of the regular clients & intended to be one. Thank You!

Horrible experience tomorrow morning is my function and I haven’t received my dress yet have been calling since 4-5 days and all they did was delay don’t get fooled when they speak all good before buying anything you will just have a high BP later

My wife visited this store 2 days back owner asked at entry itself about the budget and then arrogantly went out . While my wife looking sarees he come to them and arrogantly said those are not in your budget.I dont understand how shop owner can behave like this with customer. I think education is a problem.Same time my wife went to Pallod and bought 2 sarees and 1 dress.Thanks
