I have purchased alot of stuff from this shop. No doubt they have a very good collection but the salesmen are illmannered and make fun of women customers. I walked out of the shop and they were still laughing. PLS DONT GO HERE THEY DONT RESPECT THE CUSTOMERS!

I am dispointed with service of Arinni ..i purchase 4000 rupees pethaini saree ...bt it was diffected ..nd when i go there to talk about it ..they didnt give a good response ..nd told me to go back home with my pro ... It is very bad experience ... ..👎👎

When I visited there, there were different varieties of sarees available. Ladies should definitely try it. They also have courier facility if someone is not able to take their saree on that same day or are staying far from that shop. So do try.

Its ok to visit here, They have a new collection. The good thing is they consider Google map feedback and try to improve. Keep it up. Now the suggestion part. As I have seen erlier reviews before entering store I was really observing that are they really pressurise to buy. Yes they did it at last, So whether to buy or not leave it to customer. Dont even tell they they should buy. Small but noticable thing can you please tell your sells boy to close upper shirt button. No one is Interested in their chest hair.

I went to this shop as reffered by my friend. But it turned out to be my first and last visit to this shop. The salesman pressurises n forces customers continuously to buy stuff displayed by them. And when I showed reluctance to do so they changed there tone and hospitality towards me. I also observed that prices are higher compared to other shops for same item.

Worst experience.. they force u to book saaree .. actually we took sumthing from different shop nd forgot that we had booked saaree here..it was my wedding so in the rush i forgot..came here today nd asked him to give sumthing of that 500rs which is had paid forward booking ..He showed me some dress which was not at all worth of 1000rs also nd its price were around rs1500.then of asked him to atleast lessen the price to 1000but he didnt agreed..he gave me the dress for 1200whose price is 800rs..i know the price bcoz i have took the same dress for my wife .it was not a loss for him to return my 500rs..but not at all co operative..its very costly shop ..think before u shop..

My friend had visited Aarini to buy lehenga but truly disappointed by the behaviour shown by them. We had initially short-listed 3 lehengas but told them that we shall come the next day to buy since we wanted to see other shops as well. We even paid Rs. 1000 to keep the booking...but when we visited other shops, we found that Aarini was over-priced. So we bought the lehenga from a different shop. Next day when we came to ask for returning the money, they misbehaved. We were ready to buy a different product (saree) against that Rs 1000 but they harassed and argued continuously that we have to buy lehenga or else the money wont be returned.After long arguments, we finally had to settle by buying a over-priced salwar suit. Very Poor Customer Service and Over Priced Products.
