After hearing from a friend about this store, we went to buy a laptop sack here. The store neatly displays all their products, the courteous staff humbly explains the products, however the prices are high maybe because of their brand value. Recommended of brand lovers!

I was visiting India from UK. I required a travel bag for return. I have three Samsonite bags before. A day before I went Samsonite store at Jangli Maharaj store. My colour choice was not there so was going to be delivered early morning of my departure. I paid all money in advance. Bag was delivered. The delivered bag is broken from the back. Does not close properly and water can leak inside due to big gap of closing at the back. I am appauled of the service and once in a while felt that as I was hurry was sold doggy bag for full price. Now what to do with that bag! I am at different place. So reliability is big issue and the money spent.

This samsonite store is very good.Staff here is very friendly, helpful and good customer service and support is provided here.Collection is also adequately good. Staff is Ready to solve the issues. Prices are also worthy.You can go here for any travel accessories here. Good place for shopping.

Its a good place for Samsonite shopping, but I would suggest to check the offers online or other sellers with multibrand items...i found it on higher side of price if compared to Samsonite from other cities

The experience here was truly high class with the staff (I assume owner) showing a great enthusiasm in showing products. Very well behaved ( contrary to what I observed on MG road showroom) and courteous.

Zip of my laptop back pack was worn out and needed replacement. I was shocked to find that zip with red pullers was fixed to blue themed bag, spoiling aesthetics. Is it the after sales service one should expect from this brand and that too after paying a huge price for repairs. I actually could have bought another new bag in price of repairs. Quite disappointing.
