I was there to shop at Kazo (Nitesh Hub) Pune where I had picked up 2 dresses and a top. The top needed some alteration work so I left it there and returned the next day to collect it. The alteration wasnt done and they asked me to come back the following day. I went back and the alteration wasnt done and kept well. The in house tailor has infact spoilt the top and they expected me to take that. Upon telling them I wont take it and to sort the alteration or give me the refund they refused to do both. The staff was rude and full of attitude. They said we dont have a refund policy and cant give you the money. I even asked them to let me talk to the store manager on which I received an answer saying the store manager has resigned and isnt in the store and the assistant store manager is on leave. They didnt know the owner of the store as well. Its a shame on the staff and the owner of the store as well for hiring such inefficient and Ill mannered staff. The tailor instead of standing there and understanding my problem just walked away with attitude.It is so sad to see that people just run store like KAZO to make only money and are not bothered about customer satisfaction. Such staff should be thrown out who have no smile on their face while attending to customer and cant resolve customer query or any issue and where the tailor just walks away just because as a customer we say that the alteration wasnt perfect.Shame on the owner of the store and the staff for running a store this way.
