Pathetic.. I have been such a huge fan of bobbi brown products and I order online from Nykaa... They are the best... but this one time I bought it directly from a website and it is wrong shade for me they wont replace it.. looks like no matter how much you pay you have to be absolutely sure of the shade or else your money went down the drain... just nuisance. Shop from nykaa instead.. I dont even want to give one star

The lady at the counter was insisting me to purchase a lipstick shade which I wasn’t really looking for!! Felt weird. Anyway, I love Bobbi Brown products.

The attendants are not trained at all, they are not even aware about the different shades or terminology for Lip colours. I went for a particular shade and there was an attendant who was first of all too arrogant and was behaving like she owns the brand Bobbi Brown, and she asked me to describe whats NUDE Shade as per you as theres nothing like NUDE. The products are great. But the staff is quite rude all the time. I am a regular customer of bobbi brown but always feel unwelcomed at the store. The women over there are filled with arrogance and do not provide good service .
