This store has a great collection for womens specially in kurties.

The store at mg road is good but there is one female staff i guess her name is kanchan who was very rude,doesnt even kno how to speak to a customer. How does she even hv d audacity to back answer . Not good customer service. Very unhappy

Recently i visited biba store mg road branch.i really like the product and specially the customer service given by female staff Kanchan.Being a senior citizen it was not possible for me to look for each product bt she helped me a lot. highly recommended.

Follow this rule. Your shop should have nameboard in Marathi and that too in Big Font.

Good collection..However, customer service is a question. With so many women staff they dont have washroom. So come prepared.

They dont exchange their own brands merchandise. We bought a dress in their Delhi outlet -who mentioned that the product can be exchanged at any outlet within 15 days - and when we came to exchange the size they said its a sale product and they dont exchange that. On insisting, the sales rep said he will call the owner to check - who wasnt responding to his calls. Seems like they would cheat the customer just to sell the merchandise.

I think u must keep sarees in your shop...Overall collection is best....

Biba is a good store...but sales person like this girl named sonali at the mg road store spoil the relation of customers...with without apologizing on their mistake she walked out on me showing attitude
