Flawless service and super friendly and efficient staff, unlike those Jio slobs who either dont know anything or cant do anything. Im extremely happy with my first impressions of switching from Jio to Airtel. Surprisingly, the service was even better than Vodafone, which I always thought had better service.Took no more than 10 minutes to submit my porting request with minimal documentation. Superb service!

For simple change request they will take 1 hrs of you time.Make sure to carry hardcopies of original documents.

Worst storeToken system is not followed .U have to raise ur voice as any known person gets allowed.Service is poor.Takes 30-40 min to get ur issue resolved .which can be done in 10 min.Its high time airtel company spends money in staff training, ethics and work culture than on advertising.

Bad customer service the staff show more of an attitude in lieu of experiencing a pleasant experience from them.To my surprise why do they even have a large number of staff members for a small Airtel store when nobody is efficient and perfect in their work wondering how they are even hired and trained on what grounds.Half of the staff is seen chatting and having fun outside shows that nobody is serious.The staff are not aware of the processes,do not update their records not even aware that the customer visited and got the recharge done from them.Without even glancing at their notes they made an assumption that the recharge was done on the phone.Airtel as a corporate organisation are laidback in their techniques and the backend processes has no synchronization with the application.Straightforward the blame is thrown on the applicatin by own staff member instead of doing anything to rectify and make it user friendly interface for anyone to use it.Pease stop playing the blame game in order to just avoid the problems.

Wrong information provided about lock in period to migrate from postpaid to prepaid. Visited this store on 19th Sept where Shubham was there on desk 5 and he told me that I cant migrate from postpaid to prepaid as lock in period is 90 days.This is totally wrong information provided by him to me. I came from wagholi to this store but they didnt care about there customer care. Actual locking period is 30 days to migrate from postpaid to prepaid. Airtel should take action against this behaviour.

Very bad staff. They ask you to take token and then will be attended however they will skip the token as per their convenience and people who shout or create scene will be attended first. Visit this store only if you have ample time and patience. The wait time is anywhere between 45 min to till you shout at them

Good and courteous staff . One star less for empty counters and a pending queue of 5+ people in peak hours.

Easy to notice from road because of its strategic location on busy road. It has good interior. Staff is also co- operative.

Store is Decent. Bill payment, new sim/connection can be done. Systems sometimes do not cooperate and staff needs to escalate issue, and revisit might be needed. Otherwise staff is friendly.No parking available, Police can put Jammers. Better to park vehicles in open ground next to small Ganesha Temple, in same lane of Airtel.For faster service, just after entry to store, better to book token from Tab placed on left side.

We have taken 4 g device now the battery is not working . The battery is not available anywhere when enquired at store they are not ready to give any alternative nor ready to replace the device

Before you can complete your question they will answer call customer care and then disconnect the call. If you call customer care no executive comes on line.

If you arent from India, good luck getting an Airtel card. I went here and was fed a story how their store cant do cards for foreigners. At least for another month this problem would persist. When I called another store to confirm this story, my sales associate immediately left the room.I relocated to another store. This time, the salesperson told me it would take 4 or 5 days to activate, assuming that would dissuade me. I told her Im here for a month. She repeated her statement, as if to say, sorry. At this point, I said, Ok, it feels like you dont want to sell this to me, and I dont know why, but please just say so and I will leave. She said I can, but I need to bring an Indian friend to the store. Ok, I said, I understand 👌 I just wish on the phone when we spoke you had told me that Airtel wont sell to me and then I wouldnt have wasted hours coming to your stores.

People do not fall for their offers , Airtel broadband commits 200 mbps at 999 and ends up with 25 to 50 mbps speed all the tym, SO A BIG NO FOR AIRTEL, these guys just want to make money and not give hood service. When u have to install their ppl would reach ur place in 10.mins and after cancellation they say it would take 45 days to repay out own money, DO NOT INSTALL AIRTEL ...

I have been using Airtel from 18 years and have visited many outlets. This outlet is easygoing and have good staff only problem is parking. Staff is friendly.

Actually i had visited store to port sim. So for that I needed a pin to remove SIM slot. I request Airtel lady. She told we dont have I was about to leave but found a pin at her laptop key pad. One of the worst service centre ever.These people will never resolve your queries and always direct you to head office situated at Swargate.I had one of the worst experience with one fat lady service executive with cat eye spectacles who just seats here and never listens to you. I had visited this place when I ported my sim to Airtel and it got ported within 4 days but this fat lady had not processed the sim card properly which resulted in my new Airtel card not showing network. So i visited store again and she did something on system and questioned told me that you should have restarted mobile which I did many time during those 2 days when I number was off. I left Airtel after next 3 months. ported out to Jio happy now.

Visited this place twice. Both the time had a very bad experience in this shop. last time had inquired for a wifi hot spot and the cost they quoted was very high. Received the same wifi hot spot at another airtel store and got it in half the price.yesterday had again visited the shop and inspite of being there @20 mins before their closing time they refused to provide any service saying, that shop is closed. (which i had just confirmed at the store while travelling from there that they will be open by that time)

Bunch of lazy people working at this place. Needed to figure out why my data balance wasnt showing when I had recharged just the day before. They kept pressuring me to pay more money for the data instead of figuring out the problem. When asked about roaming facilities in Canada, they simply said it wasnt available. I had to tell them a couple of times to recheck before they bothered and found out that the facility was available.

The people at the store have limited information about telecom rules & regulations.Moreover, they are closed to feedback or education.

Ive visited the store to change my services from postpaid to prepaid because I dont get any network and I pay 600-700rs every month. They keep telling me that they will call back but no one bothered. I paid 570rs which they asked me to in order to complete the process. I got the message to insert the new SIM card and activate it, when I did the same the SIM card didnt work. I called customer service and they were of no help. I went back to the store and was told that the request is still pending but when I insisted on them to check again, they did and then told me that I have to pay 300rs more to complete the request. I did pay them as I didnt want to delay it further. I asked them if they had to reprocess the request and they said no it will be done. After going home I checked the status again and it was showing as rejected. The staff at the store are very unprofessional. They were yelling at each other and talking. Also making the customer wait because they were busy arguing about the management not being good and that they were not getting paid for the incentives correctly!!!! The staff is very customer attentive and try to solve customers problems. However, airtel Network issue in Pune - Tingre Nagar, Munjaba Wasti areas are still not fixed.

I have paid reconnection charges as I was told over the counter, its been over two months now they havent credited my account. They havent issues the receipt also for the same. Everytime I visit the store I am assireait will be done but still pendope. To such an extend that my out going is blocked now. Very Bad servixs.

The system stops working abruptly - which is not so much the fault of the store s that of the company. However, the executives at the store are not understanding enough and nonchalantly say come again in 2-3 hours not our fault and that too in a ride way
