This store have good collection of educational books and also provides printed notebooks or different school in Pune. Owner is polite but some of staff members seems rude with the customer. Shop is big n well maintained, neat and clean. Now its completely open after lockdown...

Definitely a good shop for all SSC and CBSE students. Since it has a lot of schools affiliation, order management of books in peak times (before school opens) is not managed well.

I want to review them so I out 1 star or else they are not even capable of getting any.The staff as wel as owner is very rude & they dont even care about peoples time.Most of the books are out of stock also they are not even informing it when someone is front of them for books.I recommend school not to deal with such hopeless owner.

You will get almost all class school books and other stationery material here. They will arrange to get it for you if it is not available with them

Landline phone number is either out of service or they are not answering. Only the parents of schools New India School and SPM English primary school can register on their website. No updates on books availability in the time of high shortage of text books in June. No facility of whatsapp alerts.

Needs to be more managed during times of choas especially start of school month - June. Rest all is fine.

Very bad customer service. I have been following up from 2 weeks for one book for which I have paid online and was asked to visit store to collect the book. I drove all the way from Baner to their store and stood in alone for the book. After 20 minutes when my number came they tole be that the book is not there with them. How come they take the payment online and also confirm over phone about book to be collected against an paid invoice.I was furious with this service. I drove all 17 km just to collect one book. This was on 3 April 2021.Then they promised that the book will be delivered in 5 to 7 days at my house.Yesterday, 14 April, I called them and they informed that the book will be delivered today.No delivery in 14 April.Today 15th April, I am trying since morning and o one is responding on phone.Pathetic service. I guess they are misusing the privilege. There needs to be more competition selling these books.Edit 1. 20 April 2021The book was delivered at my home on 18th April. Thanks for listening.

There more 50+ reviews for this store everyone suggesting almost the same that the staff and owner is very rude, taking that into consideration google review stars might seem bit misleading. I will try and correct the star ratings again. And wont recommend this place to any of followers also. Please mind this before you place orders.

People are rude, if owner is only behaving rudely, what can you expect from other staff. I dont know why schools refer this store. You will get all the books in the world at Appa Balwant Chawk (ABC) with discount (specially 15-20% on notebooks)

They are operational between 10 to 2 pm only at this moment. Also.most of the school have handed over the list of books few days back so you will see long queue.

Store is good and we can get range of academic books. The only part I dont like is enforcing buying books with binding worth Rs 17 or 18 extra per book. Binding books is good especially for some of NCERT books because the original printed books have substandard cover and front page. This was the case I think 2 yrs back in 2016 when books were published late, available in June or July and were received by almost all book shops in little wet condition. But Wisdom store continued that trend of book binding from that year till date. But thats not needed now.

Their website had issues for me...specifically for parents made payment in one shot for two kids. Tax invoice was prepared only for one kid. Calling their landline number was the only way to reach them other than driving to their store. After many attempts, the person I spoke knew the issue prior and promised to send correct invoice in a few hours. Let us see.:-|

Service is very slow.The no of people is high but staff is just laying around chit-chatting I suggest please go to other stores.

You can get state and CBSE board text books and paper sets and other school material. But to buy competitive exam books like JEE/NEET or variety of books for olympiad exams or college level books, Appa Balwant Chowk is a reliable place.

Overall Good. But the staff was very lazy. Unable to control the crowd during the pick seasons when schools start. Approach is very casual. They are not bothered as they have tie-ups with many schools.
