I have ordered a book on 21 November, 2018 and even after 3-4 days book is not delivered to me even though delivery address is in Pimpri-Chinchwad. They dont even bother to pick up the phone and if do pick up, tell that it will be delivered soon but do not deliver on promised date. Highly unprofessional behavior. Please do not order online as delivery experience is pathetic.

I have ordered books on 29th July, Saturday!After 5-7 calls, they finally tell me after 5-7 hrs that few books will be available on monday, I call them up on 31st, they picked up once and assured me they will get back to me asap, and they dont receive your phone for 5-6 hrs!I dont think I will buy anything again from here!
