The lady at the counter is very rude and arrogant. The shopkeepers had taken 100 rupees deposit to order my books. But the books dint come for more than 2 weeks. Finally my mother went and asked for her money back and the lady at the counter accused my mother for lying. Moreover she created a big scene and tried to embarrass my mother in front of others so that she would not have to give the money back. But my mother dint budge and finally the lady gave the money back and warned my mother not to come back. Im a student studying business administration and seeing that these people have no sense of customer care I feel like trying to shut this place. Im a daughter after all and any child would feel infuriated when their mother is being insulted. I pledge to never go to this store. If you want stationary there is bombay stationers right next to this store and for buying books there are several other stores in the vicinity. Such low minded cheats should not have the authority to run a business. Today it was me, next time any of you can be cheated. Also if the owner of this business is reading this, please know that if you have no sense of customer satisfaction you will soon have to shut this place down.
