Highly disappointed.Heres how my experience went.1. Reason why i got my bike offline is because i wasnt sure of what i needed. Im 110 kgs and not just any bicycle would support my weight. I was suggested to buy a cycle of size 26T, which is at the very lower end of cycles for adults and it definitely didnt support my weight.2. I have been having problems with the handle and peddle very frequently, almost every other day since i ride 10 kms a day.3. Looking at this condition they told me to leave the cycle for a day. It has been 4 days now and they still cant get the part that needs replacement.4. The same bicycle is available for Rs. 1500 less on Amazon.Yes, the staff is friendly i agree, 1 star for that, but that makes the situation even worse. You feel duped!If you buy a cycle for workout you get yourself in routine. That is obviously broken. So i would suggest you do your research properly before you buy from here.Research about-1. The right size of the cycle for your height and weight.2. The right kind of cycle- road bike, mountain bike or casual bike.3. Check for price online.
