3rd class service and product of pu.a tha FALTU brand...dont use this puma shoes worst shoes ever within 6 month shoes leather and pesting is breaking ....and jm road branch telling me u r not under warrenty....10k shoes not under warrenty....bad experience....also MR PATIL manager not giving proper service to customer staff is very rude....not helping to customer to resolve the problemJm road ,pune branch

Typical of most mall retail stores. There are plenty of styles, but locating your size might be a mite more challenging than finding a product you like. There are a fair number of staff, and they tend to be helpful, though distracted at times. Id recommend them to be able to explore the Puma range at leisure - but caution a tempering of expectations in case your size isnt around.

I had purchased an flip flop on 22 jan worth RS2500 and it’s been just 2 months and it’s totally wrecked we expect some durability if we pay so muchWorst quality everAnd I expect that they will give a replacement because I was assured a warranty period of 3 months
