I purchased a Keysto Town cycle with 21 gears (no shocks) and am quite happy with the purchase. The person who works there Shiddhu answered all my questions and gave me a fair price. I got a one year warranty and they customized the cycle to fit my needs. Overall, I would recommend this place as the people seem kind and genuine.I will post an update once I get my first servicing done (which was promised as free).

If possible, Prefer not to visit Planet Cycles. If you are living nearby area and think that Its near to your place so It will be easy to get cycle serviced. Please Do not go in that case also. Better to visit Decathlon for Quality of bicycle and service. I really have doubt that they are altering Brand new cycles and also They do not have professional mechanics Or they are not paying them well just to earn more profit. They already fooled me by selling Keysto cycle officially worth 14,700 and they made me to pay 19,900(I came to know about this when I went for first service and realized that they have such low thoughts and did research on pricing of that particular model ). They will give a piece of paper with writing (cycle+accessories) price via ball pen.- No guarantee for anything as they are not professional at all. they just show attitude rather than gratitude that we are their customer.

Update as of 1st Jan 2021Happy new year to ALL ! After my initial review Owner himself called me who usually operates through Aundh Shop. He was kind enough to rectify some of the blunders done during initial service. Tyre was replaced with a proper branded company. around 400 RS were returned to me . I have been told that blunder was done by mechanic to earn some extra money. But I strongly recommend to validate the line items by some authorized person rather than relying on workers. Owner is kind enough to accept the mistakes and gone extra mile to make sure customer is satisfied. I am upgrading to 3 star from initial 1 star rating.Reviewed on 22nd Dec 2020Today I got servicing done for my Sons bicycle from the Shop. I felt cheated and looted after receiving the bill. I am adding detailed line items given by the shop ownerService - 700 RSPedal Jodi -- 350 RS1 Tyre -- 500 RS.Gear Guard -- 250 RS1 gear Wire -- 200 RSGear Alignment -- 300 RSDisc Alignment -- 300 RSWheel Out -- 200 RSTotal -- 2800 ..but they proudly said I can pay 2700 after discount..I will attach a copy of bill as well so that all know it. These are exorbitant charges for cycle service. There are separate charges added for Gear , Disc and Wheel out . I asked what is covered under 700 RS which is service charge. Answer is Washing and screw tightening of whole bicycle. WOW...such a great work for 700 RS. Also I have been told that tyre will be replaced with Metro tyre but in reality they put Yokostonne with MRP 300 (See attached picture and you can see clearly MRP written on the tyre) . I have been charged as 500 RS for tyre. Overall I have been looted for handsome amount. It is my bad that I chose to rely on the shopkeeper considering I bought the cycle from the same shop. My sincere advice to all those who wants to get service done from this shop is avoid it as far as possible and get it done from some reliable and reasonable shop.

Excellent service and quality of cycles.I got my cycle serviced from them. The provided correct information about each and every part which required repair or replacement. After servicing the cycle runs as smooth as a new one however there is little issue with the gear setting which could not fixed completely. May it is because of the old part but staf tried their best to get it fixed without replacing unnecessary parts. I am happy with overall service they provided.

I had purchased my new cycle from here just recently. After about 20days of use I gave them the cycle for servicing( which is free for the first time). I had used my cycle roughly and they repaired the entire thing from the body to the wheels and added a new gearbox at no extra cost. It runs very smoothly and I definitely would rate them 5 stars and recommend them to any other customer

If youre buying cycle for fitness purposes, theres a lot to consider. I would say its easier to buy a car because any car can adapt to you easily. But you need to get a bike that fits your frame. If not, youll end up with a long term injury and definitely give up cycling for good.Ill recommend this place specifically because of Siddhu kaka who works there. Unlike almost all other bike shops I went to, here, it wasnt only about selling what they have, but actually explaining the reasons. The market doesnt have any more hybrid bikes due to parts shortage, all stores either said to try again after 2 months for tried to sell me mountain bikes. I ended up buying a mountain bike and refurbishing it a bit to work like a hybrid. I went three times my initial budget, but Im happy with what I got, even for the price I got it for. :)

Required a handle extension urgently, the dealer got it from mumbai. Very impressed. Behaviour of staffs very nice.

Front wheel alignment was not good. It started creating sound within a few days. Gear changer was not aligned. Overall not happy with the servicing.

I have bought 2 cycles from this shop. Out of that, 1 cycle always give brake problem since purchase. Even after 1 free service and 2 paid service, brake problem still persist.The cycle shop owner told that your daughter (7.5 yrs old) is using cycle roughly which is not the case as my daughter is riding the cycle for last 4 yrs and previous cycle with same braking system never had this problem.In nutshell, shop owner denying responsibility of selling faulty good and blaming the customer for the use. I think no one is buying the cycle for keeping the showcase. Very expensive shop with low quality stuff and their free service is just for the name sake. Be careful with this shop !

Bought a cycle just after the lockdown 1.0 was lifted. When I came back for the first free service, I was late by a few days because of subsequent lockdowns. Store refused free service and insisted on charging full fee as I was past the warranty period. I wasnt happy but went along. Also purchased a bicycle pump at the time. When I went home, found it had a leak in the tube, so went back a few days later asking if it could be fixed. He alleged that it happened because of customer misuse and all his products have no issues. He said nothing could be done with the pump. I left with a very unhappy experience with this store. By the way, another store fixed the pump in minutes for a few rupees ! No more patronizing this store, thank you !Note: Mr Owner, appreciate your response but you know as well as I do that I did not come 6 months after the purchase. I missed the 30 day service by not more than a couple of weeks for real reasons. But I let that pass as I paid the service charges. However your lack of willingness to hear out about the cycle pump issue was appalling.

My Montra cycle was lying down at home during lockdown and could not use it for 6 months...then I brought it to PLANET CYCLS Baner for servicing. We visited for Service of cycle and I am sorry to say that Service quality was OK but for s small issue of tightening the brakes I was charged 600 additional. Not satisfied with this approach.....
