If there was option of negative stars I would have preferred that. This showroom just franchise of hero cycles.They dont deal with the genuine hero cycle. If you are asking for delivery be aware you may get faulty cycles here. What they show on display you wont get same product. For cycle I purchased they delivered some old piece. Color of frame was damaged, graphics was completely torned. They replaced it after argument but again This time tyres are diffrent than the shown one. Display cycles were confugerd with ralson tyres cycle I received is with hindustan tyres.

Here goes the updated review!Although I have read the not-so-good reviews but I decided to give a shot of buying a relatively new brand (FitTrip-Snyper, Single speed) of cycle from their shop.I placed the order and received the product after a short delay due to bad weather conditions. The bike was shipped from Delhi and came well packed. As per my conversations with the seller, he seemed to be a gentleman and I requested him to do the required fitting in my presence. He immediately agreed. After the delivery at their Baner showroom on Friday, I fixed Sunday as the day of installation.Now comes the better part. I found the mechanic and the general caretaker of the shop very cooperative. They answered all my queries and did the proper fitting. I would also get one free service as per the policy. Overall, after some initial hiccups, things went well and I am satisfied with the solution. As I came to know, the owners have showrooms in Pune at other locations also, so one may get a good range of cycles from them. Price wise also I would say they are good. As far as this brand FitTrip is considered, I went with my own judgement after reading and watching reviews of this bike. I have in past used, tried and tested Hero/Atlas/Hercules/BSA etc. and it seems at par or slightly better than them. But this also depends on how it performs in the long run.Finally, thanks to Parihar Cycles for delivering what you promised!

Owner is very bad, i gave my son cycle for repairing they took two days and also did not repair it..And they took the light from the kid cycle. When we asked them they said, we dont have it and do whatever you want to do. I should give 0 star but still i have to give one star to give comment..worst people ..dont buy anything from they just fool...mannerless people.

Worst service and they are con people, they sell 8000 cycle in 11000.dont buy anything from them.worst shop
