I ordered a pair of these panels for 20k, I got them installed at KTM service centre as I didnt wanted to risk my warranty.The right side panel had no issues and I was confident about the left side to be the same but left did not fit as same as the right.Everyone in my ktm group told me not go for aftermarket parts but I blindly went for it thinking its autologue design but now it did not fit properly it is damaging my tanks body paint. From past 3 weeks asking for their assistance for what we can do about it. I was told there maybe some fit issues autologue kept on giving me Scheduled appointment like idiots I would stand right next to my bike waiting for the call even asked them may we do the video call autologue would reply just in 5 mins but no one one showed up. I have been patient for 2-3 weeks even decided to take a leave from my work and visit autologue so i asked if i can visit them so that we can do something about it I was told, that they let me know in an hour.Till date I havent got any call. So, is this why I opted and paid extra for the delivery,since then no initiatives from autologue well ofcourse maybe because the money is already paid so I guess. So, now who gives a damn. No doubt kit is good but this is the risk and hassle it includes this how autologue treats their customers.

Its been worst online shopping experience for me. Ordered tail tidy & tank grips for my bike. Autologue guys took more than 2 months to deliver it.I asked for my refund as per their policies much before recieving the order but they never agreed.For the amount of money they charge their service is significantly poor. Custom parts made by them is of poor strength. Simply tightening the bolts over the tail tidy cracked it. The parts are so light you can cut it with home scissors. Wastage of money and time.Had to whatsapp them inquiring about order and each time(1 month passed since order date) they said they will dispatch my order this week(this went on for 3 weeks & everytime as per autologue it was couriers fault) until they finally dispatched half of my order. Again had to whatsapp them and ask for remaining order.Also they dont provide invoice with the order so not sure if the GST they charge actually reaches the government or not.Very bitter experience.

If you have too much money and like to waste it, then buy something from them. I bought a Claw for Rc200 and guess what, the left side and right side are not same. The left side Claw was bent near the Hole given for nut. So it broke the moment I inserted the nut.b and theyll not even provide nut and bolts which hardly costs 20 Rupees. You have to buy it from outside which is not easily available! And they provided a clamp which doesnt even fit the bikes frame size and on top of that hols are not uniform which I had to drill a hole in the clamp. I couldnt understand how someone can make a mess like this. And they will never accept their mistake. Its always your mistake. Never ever but anything from them. Rather go for Saiga parts as theirs is cheap compared to these Noobs. They are just a wannabe custom Shop overcharging for the quality they give!

I ordered xplorer kit for my duke 390 5 months ago. Right out of box, decals had random holes in them and minor cracks on fairing.Installation video was not much helpful, it made everything look easy where as it was far from it.. Fairing did not come with long screws for fixing at handle bar area. Had to spend extra on getting them.There is an area where screws are embedded into fairing... They were skewed and rusted. I literally use fast drying araldyte.Definatly no quality control before dispatch. Definatly poor quality product.After 5 months, windshield has started developing micro cracks.... Not sure how. I always keep my bike inside dry garage.I would never ever buy or recommend.

Workshop for modifications to your two and four wheelers. The people here are very friendly and deliver great looking designs and products as per the timeline. Reasonable in costing and can turn your vehicle and motorcycle into a different machine altogether. The location is remote and can take a while to find it. Google maps can take you to this place exactly. Remote location but in midst of nature with beautiful view all around.

Absolutely no concern for their customers and poor product quality !! Took 2 months of following up and got a very poor quality product for the price they charge. And they will not respond to your calls.

Worst experience ever. I have 2019 Dominar and i brought knuckle guard from Autologue design in March 2020 and it doesnt fit. Till now no solution for my query. no proper support from staff. No one responds/answers to calls. Dont ever buy any products from Autologue Design.

I have ordered two parts from then its already a month I have never received shipping details or any of that sort. I always try and reach them through whatsapp they have only one answer It is under process. I am not aware of the quality of the material because I hv never seen in my bare eyes#verified disappointed customer

Not a good experience in the 1st place itself. Ive ordered on 12th March. Till then they were responding promptly. After i paid on the same day Ive received no email confirmation, no updates on my order. Such a poor responsiveness towards a customer. Theyve been kept delaying the same mentioning they will do in the day end. However the same has not happened even after repeated follow ups. Very disappointed with this.

Myself Shyam. My experience with Autologue took place when i visited them for the dream mod for my GT 650.. The RECK2 (its the Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 Front Fairing Kit)... because of the Covid19 effects their workshop was closed and i was eagerly waiting for it to reopen and finally it did.. As Im from Pune I visited them directly and asked them to give me readily available Fairing (with extra charge) however they denied saying those are coustmor orders which are placed before lockdown and i will have to wait till they make one for me.. I was impressed looking at their dedication towards their coustmors. I immediately placed my order and waited for 20 days and finally i got my dream mod for my GT 650. They helped me fitting it in their workshop and i was so happy by looking at final outcome.. Hats off to Autologue team.. They made my bike like never before and now when i drive it on road it gives me very thrilling experience...While the team was working on my bike i had a very intlactual conversation with Mukul and Navinder. Its so good to know that in India we have such talent who gives your bike a totally different look in very less price (looking at ther designs it feels much more costlier). I am so happy with Autologue.. Got accessories installed on my Dominar 2019. It took too long to get all the work done (More than 2 months). Initially had to do a lot of follow-ups for parts. Every time I contacted them I just got the same reply that the parts will be available next week. After visiting the garage multiple times, the work was finally done but it took no time to judge the designs and quality of the parts. Bolts got rusted, wasnt able to insert key in the slot to open the rear seat, bash plate making noise and vibrations, crack in the knuckle guard, front mud guard getting stuck in backplate while riding making it difficult to turn even slightly (could have met with an accident) and what not. Unhappy with my experience, I never recommend anyone to get their accessories and services.

Finishing was not good and took more than the expected time.. so I think you should work on finishing the item before sending it to the customer

As being an individual entrepreneur I always try to buy local thing from people starting new venturesI had ordered visor for himalayan on 7th of March and paid advance amount as per Instagram postThen covid happenedI got update of mid April they are starting the operationsNext update was in June about type of visor I wantedThen they informed me knuklegaurd clearance issue which was irrelevant for me as I had informed knuklegaurds were not fitted on my bikeUpon enquiring got an update in JulyThen in august reminder amount was paid which was higher than what they had advertised earlierUnderstood due to the situation around usBut now they gave me tracking id which has no updates furtherBros this is tough time but you need to inform customers before they enquire if you are facing certain problemsGG

By my recent personal experience dealing with these bunch of thugs, I can only say that the detailed review written bt Mr Persys is completely true and I experienced the same: lack of professionalism and no respect for deadlines that they themselves give.I ordered some knuckle guards. Their own deadline was delayed by two weeks. This is not about a product that had to be custom designed for me, this is a knuckle guard which is listed as a regular product on their website.In the end when I called them up, a guy who picked the phone responded unapologetically that they dont have its bolts and will make available by the next day. Then on next day the guy acted clueless and said I will have to wait more just for the bolt! Frustrated by the ordeal I had to pick the guards without its nuts and bolts. This is when the order was mediated through one of their good friends. Must have been horrible for those who are just falling by their internet advertisement.Mr Persys, if you read this, just to let you know this is not a company as you may have perceived. Just a tin shed out of Pune in complete jungle like area, run by a fabricator having no business ethics.

The more said is indeed less said. Each creation is its own right poetry in motion by an artist who understands the aesthetic needs of automotive enthusiasts while himself being one. The traction kits are spot on in keeping the knees locked in on the Dominar while the visor is just perfect for the wind blast yet allowing you to crouch without much ado.

I will not suggest this place for any orders of any kind for your Bikes,they will gladly accept your money and order and then sit on it,with no response whatsoever,i would suggest bandidas pitstop,sahyadri,illuvia etc..because they respond professionally.These guyz are not professional people,,but just bunch of lazy guyz hanging around pretending to do some serious stuff.

If theres ever a place you want to recommend to your enemies. This is the place. They will get a piece of you know what service and excuses day in and out. I am convicned that this is not even a company but some school boys trying to run a shop. To say Autologe is a third class service is also giving them an honor they dont deserve.Lets start from the beginning:1. No sense of professionalism whatsoever. Despite explaining to their account guy on insta that these are a gift for someone and need to be done in a time frame starting from the month of July, it is September and I dont have all my parts.2. The parts came in damaged and scratched in a box.3. The box was soo poorly packaged that it looked like a blind man did it, probably a blind man could have done it better than autologue.4. They mismatched the color of the parts that came late by several weeks.5. They said they couldnt give a refund, either send it back and they will redo the parts that got messed up, which was already something as I said was a gift that was three weeks late, or offered to reimburse us some money so that we ourselves can get it sprayed locally how we like it. (My mind is blown that a COMPANY would even say such a thing. Furthermore proves my point that there are just little kids playing inside a shop, photographing bikes and making money off it. I am not autologues employee that I should go out and do this. A professional company CANNOT match a color.)5. After agreeing to send the parts back so they can redo it as soon as possible it has been weeks and still no parts, not only that but in a. very heated phone call conversation they finally said on call which is recorded and I have proof of that they STILL cant match the color grey that was requested on my bike and for us to see our bike manual for the exact color code because that would help them out a lot...WOW. Really sounding professional. Let me go out on my personal time and get the parts sprayed, get the color, get everything and autologue just collects money and does nothing.6. The fact that all of the team members including Anand and whoever manages the insta account have got such an attitude is absolutely indicate of the fact these are just kids trying to be adults.7. Theyve messed up the address on both the original shipment as well as the new one.8. Theyve got excuses for every point that you make to them. They dont handle logic well. For every problem you have, Autologue has an excuse for why its that way and believe me according to them its never their fault.9. They will tell you that they will update you and then never update you. If I can count the times Autologue has updated me I would grow old and die from this earth and it still wouldnt happen. YOU must only take time out from YOUR schedule to chase Autologue otherwise theyre simply too busy.10. Oh we sent it to the wrong address? Your still in Bombay so why is this such a huge issue ? Can you get it from the other address or not ? Why are these guys even in business God only knows.They are misleading, lying, crooks who dont know anything about motorcycles. If you have a worst enemy, tell them to go to Autologue for their bike parts. They only know how to take photographs and fool you. Nothing else.

Dont trust these guys if you are buying anything from them.... They only refunded half the money and that too I had to talk to them for a year.please dont trust them with your money! Take the risk if you are willing too

Purchased Dominar accessories... Not happy with anything... Either had to reinstall everything or replace.. extremely unhappy..

Customer service, accounts, agreements with partners, manufacturing, logistics, accountability all are a complete mess.I certainly wouldnt recommend Autologue Design to anyone.

Hello guys if anyone is thinking to purchase any kit from Autologue design, please be aware, I have order a dominar 400 kit costs 18k in the month of August, they have told your order will be delivered by 20-25 days, Now it is October 31st, still no update about the product neither they are refund the amount. Every time I checked with them, they are telling different stories, it is in final stage, it is dispatched, you ll get it another one week, if ask for the dispatch details, they told they will check with dispatch team and provide the update it is been a month still providing the same info.. they are still getting information from dispatch team.. if they really dispatch the item why they need a month to get the details. or Atleast I would have received the item.I am really disappointed with their service😞.
