Pros-• Place was Nice.• Staff was very helpful.• View from the balcony was good at night.• Approach Road is Good.• Ampel amount for parking spaceCons-• AC was not working.• WIFI was dropping continuously.• Washrooms were not cleaned thoroughly.(I was requested to wait for 5 to 10 minutes which landed up till half-an-hour after my check-in timing, as the Washrooms were in progress of cleaning.• Towels had a foul smell that you usually get when you dry it in a wet place (Could be because of the current rainy season as well.)• Observed Housekeeping staff sitting on bed and watching TV in another room while the room were in the process to be prepared for another guests visit.(It was not my room, but observed another one when I was passing by)Note: I did not order food from the hotel as they do not serve full course meal, they just have sandwiches, tea, Maggie, eggs, omelet kind of things, no starters or appetizers. If you want to have proper food, you will be required to order it by food delivery service from nearby food joints & hotels.

1).I have done booking for 4 peoples and they had allotted room on different floor and after argument, they have given on same floor.2). Room service is very poor I have to call many times and then service was provided. no water was provided in room. I have told them for water after that they provide their mineral water which was not clean so I have to order bisleri water.3). Housekeeping service was also poor. I have to call 3 times & after 2-hour housekeeping staff had come for room cleaning.4). In one of my rooms window lock was not working, so it was unsafe for me to go somewhere and lock my room because room was on 1 st floor and safety of room was less and we have done complaint on reception and they gave immature answer no one will come we have full safety.so my experience was not good.

Ok ok hotel . The bed is not comfortable. Its okay for overnight stay . Charges are even more then justified

I booked a room late at night. I had a lot of luggage. Staff was not so helpful. Bedsheet was so dirty, crumbled, with hair everywhere. They did not change the bedsheet or any other thing after the last guests left. You could clearly tell. Toilet was very very dirty. Small rooms but we had to manage somehow cause it was late night and we had already paid online. The people in the room next to ours had just checked out but nobody came to clean the room and all the lights, fan, AC, exhaust fan switch was on. I had to go switch it off cause otherwise nobody would have. It shows how careless the staff is. No safety practices against covid. Nobody wears masks.Next day during check out there was one woman at the reception who was very rude. The staff did not help with the luggage at all. We were 2 girls and there was a lot of luggage since one of us was leaving Pune for good. Later on the ground floor I paid the watchman for help. Breakfast was okay but the plates and bowls provided was very dirty.It was overall an unhygienic and gross place with unkind and impolite people and unsafe as far as covid is concerned.

Absolutely unclean rooms and unwelcoming front desk. We had to change the room twice due to unclean and smelly rooms, completely worn out sofas and beds, no drain covers in balcony. Earlier guest had spit gutka pan in balconies and they were left unclean. Very dusty room, lights and geyser not functioning. No TV service. Crowded by residential buildings on all sides. Property was not maintained well. However 4/5 for the housekeeping and service staff for their prompt assistance. I would suggest Aerith by Birds of Paradise (same MGT)

Staff needs to improve as housekeeping not up to date, kitchenette is not available although hotel description says so, every room is a 2bhk apt so if you book a deluxe room high chance that u may have to share common space with person staying in second bedroom, I was lucky enough to go during the limited booking time

I was here for 4 days. Overall experience was good. They provide quality service. Rooms are not up to the mark but its okay. Food quality is good. Hygiene and ambience of the hotel is quality. Workers are decent and polite.

I recently stayed here just a week ago, November 2020. Firstly it is located at one corner of Pune. It is not easily noticeable by road, one has to enter lanes. It is an apartment, with bedrooms. Good for families were looking for 2BHK experience. Since its apartment type hotel, service is bad. The bed sheets were torn, and the room didnt look santitizated. The AC remote was not working, the wardrobes had dust. you need to keep reminding the receptionist is 2 to 3 times just for a towel. They dont keep things proportionately to the people checked in. Washrooms were ok, hot water was always a luxury, it takes 30 minutes to get hot. I dont recommend unless you are on a budget.

It is worst , unsafe place ,I have ever visited. Staff was very unprofessional. They tried to open the room in the middle of the night from outside. When asked staff answered they were checking in other customer . This is height of unprofessional behavior. This is horrific experience. I would strongly suggest never check in to this hotel if you care about your safety.

Loved the experience. Booked a 2BHK for 5members. Has washing machine. Iron. TV. Sofa. And every necessary amenities.Staff is also very supportive. Cleaning team cleans every room twice in a day.Balcony has a superb view especially 102-1, 201-1, etc.Ample Parking space for 4 & 2 wheelers.Security is also good. Visitors are allowed till 11pm.Breakfast is not good. But service is good.

Had been to Pune for my interview with ZS ASSOCIATES, they had booked a service apartment for the day for me. It was really nice to stay there, the ground floor wasnt completely furnished during September 2017. But the rooms and service were really nice and good. Enjoyed my stay there. Ambience is excellent and actually the rooms are much better than hotels. Overall its a good place for stay.

The initial room alotted had stains on bedsheets, ac not functioning, housekeeping bringing in towels/soap. We got the room changed and the new one was decent enough. Not enough room for 3 people. Just enough space to sleep for the night. Breakfast is cold and not well cooked with poor taste. Have stayed at better Fabhotels properties. This one needs to match the standard.

Positives: It’s definitely a value for money deal, and the location is also good. The room is quite spacious and has a decent view.Negatives: Sevice Quality isn’t very good. My room didnt have AC remote, neither I could find the switch to shut it down. Asked the reception 3-4 times but they didnt do anything abt it. The washroom wasn’t clean when I got the room. The daily cleaning also didnt happen despite I dropped the key at the reception. They had only one room for the key and dat too they didnt give it to me. So everytime i had to enter my room, One staff used to come along open the door for me. The breakfast isnt very good with very limited options. Moreover I being pure vegetarian didnt like d same staff cooking egg and toasting bread for me with d same hands.

.. The staff is very good. They make you feel like home and cleanliness is great. It is a new property. Washroom is nice. it is two bedroom hall kitchen apartment so if you are. booking for two people you will be getting one bedroom and rest of the space will. be shared.

These guys know how to service their customers!! Even though Make my trip made an error by showing rooms available and deducting money. The Icon bliss guys made sure that I dont face unnecessary consequences and appointed an executive and gave me better accomodation much nearer to my place of work! Thank you! It was a great experience!

Very good service and a beautiful cool place to stay

The bedsheet was already bit torned in one of the room we booked... But we didnt bother to complain as we were tired from our journey.. However at the end while checking out they were blaming us that we had torn it... Also ac for one of the room was not working properly and making noise... We told at reception that we will check out, kindly do your formalities. They said no formalities left... So we had booked cab, handed over the keys and left. However the receptionist made us wait again and said few formalities are left.

I have been staying in this place for quite sometime and have been very comfortable..My major criterias are cleaner beds and hygenic toilets... considering that this space is relatively in a new building, the toilets are clean and rooms are also maintained well.Only expectation was slightly a better spread during breakfast. Which I could see the team improving..Vikram (manager) and his team have been doing a good job

Comfortable stay. Staff is mostly friendly. Not an upscale place. Provides decent breakfast. Has a parking lot as well. All in all its a utility stay.

Beautiful✨ place

When we stayed in, there was some renovation work going on at the place. Although the check-in is at 1, we reached early and had to head out soon. They let us keep our luggage in thier office space until we checked in. Staff was very courteous. Got a room with a noisy AC, which was immediately resolved with a change of room. Overall a good experience.

Its in budget if you book online.. if go offline mode they they simply charge double.. some rooms are really good air some are just average..

Worst Experience of Hotel Stay in my Lifetime... One Star is due to front desk. All other Hotel Staff and department work on there will and Fancies.... No Safety for a Female Guest... Location: Opposite Zensar IT Park, Beside IDBI bank Rooms of different kinds are available. 2BHK flat for larger gatherings is also provided. The room service is great if not satisfactory. It falls on $$$$ end of your wallet but its somewhat worthy of it. A lil high price because of the area it is situated in. Better for corporate or adequately earning persons or families.

Its a new property. Located slightly inside , away from the hustle and bustle. Easy paced. Breakfast and WiFi are on the house , which adds value. These are apartments which have 2 bedrooms. Staff though not very trained do their job effectively.

This is a service apartment not a hotel. So it gets very uncomfortable/unsafe if girls are travelling alone since another room in your apartment can be allocated to anyone.Food is all okayish. And an overall horrible experience with FabHotels customer service.

Quiet A Decent Service Apartment To Stay But Compare To Other Service Apartment You Will Find It A Bit Expensive!

I stayed in this property for almost a month. I can say that for any budget traveller with expectation of a decent stay, this is the best option. Situated on a walkable distance from Zenser IT PARK, near to world trade center this place is reachable 24x7. In the apartment you will be allotted a room with basic amenities. But you can feel relaxed with sofa set in the spacious hall. Recommend, WTC side rooms as the view is great especially in the evening. It offers complomentory breakfast which is average. However, you have great food options outside. Staff is good, your belongings are safe. There are some small issues but you can ignore them as they are really not big.

The hotel atmosphere is fantastic... And the rooms are very nice also... With well equipped air conditioning and the room service is also excellent.

House keeping very poor. As we enter the room we find that pillow cover nd bed sheets were old one nd containing hairs of earlier occupant. Both the itam are dirty also. On complain they shifted to other room nd that too was not up to the mark. There also waste basket full of dirty items of earlier occupant. Bed sheets nd pillows cover their also not properly cleaned. No lights switch adjoining bed on any side. One has to go near bathrooms to switch on nd off the lights .Very difficult for kids nd seniors citizens especially during night. Every possible that one may skids .Only hotels seen in life where there is no lights switch near the bed.In wash room no small stool or patra provided for comfortable bath.How one can sit on the floor for having bath. In the absence of that one can easily skids on soppy floor. Reception staff copratave. Break fast nd tea very good. Over all my response very poor. Thanks.
