Very nice place and amicable staff. I have got hair cut and hair color done here and its been a good experience. Its not a high end salon but they are equally competitive with slightly above avg pricing. Overall happy experience every time.Try to visit on weekdays as weekends are relatively more busy. Avg waiting time on weekends for me was 30 to 40 mins.

Staff doesnt know decent hair style looks. Be specific with name and details of cleaning or facials packages. They will point for rs-800 from rate card and will do with another brand of rs-1500+.

Vithal at zebra is really good hair dresser.other are also okay but you need to take risk at you lr own.Vithal always does very good haircut.

Visited this place for a normal hair cut, the staff showed unprofessional attitude and dint know how to do a decent hair cut. Overall, a bad experience and would not recommend anyone.

For the price you pay, you should visit this place if you want anything other than normal hair cut. Its not worth for normal haircut. You will feel like you paid AC.

Staff is competent but their biggest problem is that they dont listen to customers needs. When asked to do a simple haircut, they just dont get it and requires lot of supervision. I was a loyal customer for a long time but now thinking of changing my salon as its become intolerable. Very unfortunate

Your hair can experience a good or bad hair day depending upon who is cutting your hair.I am regular here, but my experience is not always to the mark. But there are times when i am satisfied completely.So, i guess you got to fix your dresser, but not all employees are available all the time.Employees have to learn of not gossipping around when they have customers. That does not give good impressions.Also, Price range is inching towards higher side.

Service is good and staff is professional. Ambience is good and they were cleaning it regurarly.only thing is I found bit expensive considering 200 bucks for child hair cut.

The worst experience I have ever had. They dont even know how to treat a customer. The barber came to the shop also, I asked him only to shape my beard and he said I am on leave, in a very rude way, not even asked me to have a beard cut by any other barber. He was standing chatting with other people but he was not in work. And atlast I left from there. That was very bad attitude towards customers.

Quite happy during past.. But last couple of time their service was too bad while handling kids. Both worst experience is with same person - his name start with C (i think) , youngest one with small hair. Poor use of language n short temper.Rest people are quite good. They should remove this person else they will lose client base bcz of this one worst fellow..

Having hair cut at Zebra from around 4 yrs now, excellent services for hair cut, hair color, facial ... I recommended to many friends, they were also satisfied with the the services offered. I recommend this salon to all, best option in Wakad area for me.

Went there first time and my experience was horrible. The staff who was responsible for my haircut has did it very harshly. And when I ask him to calm down he said bhaiya 7 saal se kar rha hu. But other staff has made him do it good when I complaint. Also after every haircut then dont even clean the floor. I am not sure I will go there again but I did not had a good experience. I have given one extra star for the other staff members who helped me. Thanks

I had bad experience this morging. The barber did very bad haircut.Charged 250 for haircut and to shape beard.I must say it was very disappointing and not recommend.

Its one of the worst ever saloon in Wakad, my experience is something like I get into the saloon one fellow came and ask me to sit and when I explained how haircut need to be done he told me to wash my hair them I reluctantly told him I dont want to wash my hair at noon I am having cold the fellow forced me do wash and again denied that that idiot told me I wont cut your hair unless u wash and I dont understand why a saloon guy force me to wash my hair then immediately I leave that horrible saloon
