They treat like we are begging for offers , the worst day to visit they did touch up on my hairs n I got more white hairs , very very pathetic as , even the highlights where not done properly , they charged more on next day when I said them that the colour of my hieghlight not displaying... Too worst ...

I went for my son hair cut. Staff was no knowledge about kids hair cut. Infact only 1 staff available for men section. Directly says he cannot do any design. Finally my sons hair style looked pathetic. My entire family not happy after seeing my sons hairstyle. Please dont visit this salon at any cost . Worst experience.

Made an appointment, had to wait for 45 mins before anyone got to me. Place was dirty, used tissues in the seating area, no air ventilation, the AC was off too - the place had a bad smell to it because of no air circulation. The tools etc were dirty. I left midway of my pedicure because the place was dirty and they left me midway of the process to take on other customers. Very bad service, wont visit it again. They were apologetic when I got up to leave and offered to pay for whatever they had done, however, they didnt take any compensation as the service was incomplete. Regardless, wouldnt recommend the place.

I got Hair Botox Treatment done here. I was very skeptical before going for it. However when I finally went for it after 6 months of decision making, I was totally happy with the results. My hair feels healthy, flowy and manageable. Just like I had imagined it to be. Infact better! Thanks to Adesh and Shubham for their superb service! I definitely recommend this service at this specific place.

I wish there was a option to give them negative ratings. Firstly they will not answer your calls , they have fake offers on nearbuy . If you buy that offer and visit the salon the staff will treat you as if you are begging for a discount. Even if these guys have a free service i would never visit them again and advise my friends also to never visit this salonReply to owner::: If the app is not working you should unregister yourself until everything works fine.. that is not my problem. And irrespective of whatever the challenge was , you have not rights to treat the customers rudely. Rather than asking me to give you another chance you should be hiring well behaved staff.

Visted the salon for the first time. Very friendly staff and too co operative. Went for haircut for myself and daughter. My daughter is 2 years and it was really difficult to manage her during the process. The staff made her very comfortable and accomplished the task!!! My haircut was also done beautifully by Shubham.

I have visited many times earlier the service was good, but this time it was worst experience, after taking prior appointment I had to wait for 45 min. Beautician was taking care of 2 clients at a time. After my facial the face pack was kept too long due to that my skin got dry and got red patches on my face. In between of my manicure and pedicure I had to wait for more than 30 min with soaking my legs and hands in the water it was cold and I started freezing, after calling the beautician twice nobody attend me. Not at all happy with the service at all. it spoiled my weekend.

Honestly one of the worst trained staff is what I have seen in this and the other branches of Apple salons, they really have no idea of how to do a haircut, I mean I thought I would try the other branch but they both are equally bad. Not worth a visit.

I went for a haircut, the guy doesnt even know how to hold the scissor properly,neither he didnt know how to do a hair cut, he messed up my hair, I stopped the guy & asked the owner to give me another guy who knows to do a proper haircut.I still wonder, how can one keep a guy in a Apple Saloon, who doesnt know even to hold the scissor properly,& letting them to mess up with someones hairs.Worst Experience.

The only reason I gave 1 star is that there is no option for negative rating. This place is filled with people who are only looking to extort money from the customers. Ill tell you why.I wanted a new hair colour so I went there. I decided on a hair colour and streaks. The person initially told me the price would be 7,000/-. I agreed.Now in the middle of the colour application, with my hair half filled with streaks, she said the cost will go upto 10,000/- otherwise it will look bad. Right there, where my hair was filled with streaks. What could I do? I had to agree.Next they tell me that the gray hair will NOT BE COVERED. For gray coverage I had to pay an extra of 850/-.Next, the actual method of applying highlights is first do a global colour and then apply streaks. She did everything together. Most of my previous colour just remained in.After everything was done, not even one of my gray hair was covered, plus my roots were black while my hair was almost blonde.It looked HORRIBLE.The next day when we went there to tell them we didnt like it, they gave us an appointment for the following day.Now when we went for the appointment exactly at the specific time, they made us wait for 30 mins before telling us they will serve us tomorrow as they already had previous appointments. When I told them I wanted ombre now, they said it will not look goodEverything I said, all they said was that it wouldnt look good.They DO NOTHING OF WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS. NOTHING.I dont know why they will only do whatever they want. Plus force and compel you to get other treatments. They literally told me the colour isnt looking nice because my hair is dry and I need to get keratin treatment. I mean, after spending 10 thousand rupees on a hair colour which didnt suit me, my hair was still gray at the roots. And it looked horrible.To avoid damaging my hair further, I applied a hair colour at home and it turned out better than what these people did.Guys, trust me. Do NOT go to this place. All they will do is take your money and give you a horrible experience.
