Had extremely bad, insulting and unprofessional experience yesterday. I had been their loyal customer since 2015 but yesterday they just lost a valued customer! The hair stylists are arrogant, oversmart, manner-less and unprofessional. One ends up paying double the price of the market rate in this place and the least that one expects is good services and treatment. They charge you double but do not fulfill even half of your basic reasonable expectations. I am never going to this place again and will not recommend it to anyone either! Their quality of services and treatment has gone down big time! This is my honest review!!! To overshadow this if they ask people to write sweet reviews then please dont fall for those fake reviews! -extremely disappointed customer!

Appointment system is a jokeWas given an appointment for 2 pm. I reached at 2:05 was made to wait for 30 mins and then told the previous customer has opted for add ons so I’ll have to wait 20 minutes more. When you have an appointment waiting how can you take add ons? And if you want to take add ons atleast call and inform me? What’s the use of taking an appointment?

Extremely Disappointed. I have come to Pune & had smoothening at this place, 6days before. And i took couple of days extreme care of my hairs so that my hairs do not get any kind of fold or twist. Third day my hairs had been washed, I told Avinash sir, some of my hair strands seems to be still wavy and he laughingly responded ab ho gaya, ab kuch nahi kar sakte what was that? I have paid 6k for the treatment and 1800 around for products plus my hairs had gone through highly chemical products. How could you people take this so lightly and be careless?? And on 6th day, if anyone sees my front hairs, they would be shocked that I have done smoothening and that too 5days back.. i would never recommend this place to anyone for smoothening. Awful work.

It was good place some two years back but recently when I visited ,the hair dresser seemed to act lazily.He was in hurry of cutting hairs.For hair spa the hair dresser was asking the office boy to do the initial stage of applying conditioner to hairs.Which is very annoying as we payToo much amount for good service.The threading and facial service is till good and worthy.

Totally WORST experience of me and my friends haircut. They cut what they want or know and not what the customer asks. Paid 750 rs for each cut, showed a picture of desired look and they cut totally opposite of the look. So bad look that 2 persons tried and cannot fix it, my hair look is like mad person and I feel so bad. My friend didnt want blunts and different length, she is looking like 5 year old kid with blunts and straight length. I asked bangs for daughter and the stylist did of his own choice, no bangs he did saying you cannot maintain. Simply respect what the customer wants! Never going to go back and will never ever recommend anyone.

I have a regular to go hairstylist who does very good job with my haircut.Although i just reduced their two stars because of something else.I live 15 kms away from this particular salon and i get here after traveling for 1&1/2 hrs with traffic and one hour without.I always prebook my appointmentsBut 9/10 times i have to wait even when Im on time just because they had their usual customer and they were requesting for my hairstylist and they cant disappoint that person but they sure can make me wait.I dont think this comes under satisfactory customer service

Quite a disappointing experience. This place is good for regular beauty services but do not avail any high paid services. I got my shoulder length hair highlighted for 7k and the result was horrible. The highlights were done so awful and it did not even last for 3 months !!! Honestly i color my own hair better. The highlights were done only on the front portion of the head and nothing on the back of the head.All this after i had a good 20 mins discussion with my stylist about exactly what i wanted. The service was done by a senior stylist there. I used products specifically for my hair color and took utmost care but it was done so badly since the beginning that whatever i did could not make things better. very sad.

I had an appointment at 5 pm on December 9th with Avinash..I reached at 5 sharp and waited for 10 mins. I approached the reception again and they said he is busy and service SHOULD start at 530. I asked why did they give me an appointment at 5 , on which they go and talk to Mr Avinash who very annoyingly comes and tells me I will start your service after this girls haircut whose service he just started.I go to the reception and ask why the hell did they give an appointment at 5 to which the guy just walks off from the counter not making eye contact with me anymore.Seems like consumer time is not of any importance to them and very clearly they are only interested in making money and wsting peoples timePlease go anywhere else but here.. disgusting.. waste of time.. and no ethics.. waited for an hour on Sunday without any solution.
