I had first visited this lovely salon in Aundh 10 years ago. Now when I have started frequenting it again, I realize that some of services are still very personalized. The staff is polite and competent. It is also following the the covid protocols for hygiene...very stringently. I really appreciate it.

Its not only about haircut or any other service its more about the aura and the positivity. You get lot of positive vibes once you enter the premises. Some may feel prices are high but I find it totally justified , no one is in hurry , they take their own time whether its haircut or any other service . I am not sure whether its the salon or the people who work there that make the ambiance. I went there for a simple waxing and wanted to follow it up with a regular pedicure. But my waxing experience was so bad that I cancelled my pedicure. Molly, who was my beautician wasnt meticulous about her job and kept giving me mild burns from the hot wax. She left several areas unwaxed and cribbed about my complaints about the hot wax. She was unpleasant and clumsy and I felt extremely unwelcome. The table where the wax is kept is extremely unhygienic. I love the warmth and smiling face of the owner but clearly the staff doesnt share the enthusiasm for the job.What a shame.

So disappointed, looks like they dont need new customers at all. Ive been quite patient to get the appointment from 1st week of Jan. When l called them first they said the main person is busy so l asked them to call back and gave them my number. Didnt get any call back so l called again after few days to get Jyotsnas apt, this time they said shes out of town till 10th Jan. Requested them to call me back once she returns!.. Sadly no revert inspite of mentioning l had a function on 18th Jan n Im literally on hold to get an apt. Didnt get a revert so again called them after 10th Jan. This time they said shes not available so l asked them to give me someone else n they mentioned Neha but the receptionist said shes busy so l requested for call back again once nshes is free and to my surprise they didnt respond again! I literally had to find another hairdresser in short period of time as my funtion was just in 2 days time! Seriously if you dont need new customers mention so.. Anyways glad l didnt come looking at the reviews looks like your haircuts are overpriced anyway!..

Have my haircuts at this place. They do a great job and really freindly staff. Even my 3 yr old dayghters haircut was done by them and they give her a very good look.

I have been a regular at this place since 2016 for all my haircuts (Joesna) and hair color (Simriti). Only the senior stylists do an excellent job with all things related to hair, I have not experienced the same with junior stylists. The price is slightly on the higher side. Appointments are required to be taken much in advance and if you dont plan your haircut in advance then you might not get a booking.

This Salon is in a house which is beautifully done with unusual interiors. It does not look or feel like a Salon. Staff are kindChandni is great her talent is unsurpassable .A place you will feel comfortable and welcomed.
