I went there for the first time. I was skeptical of going out in Covid times to get my eyebrows done because there is no way to maintain distance in such a service.At Chenz, I felt safe.I was greeted at the door, temperature was recorded, hands sanitised.I was seated for my treatment on a clean chair. Although I would have preferred a wee spray of sanitiser on the chair first.My eyebrows were done by Afreen. She was professional and calm.She understood my requirement before starting the treatment. She carried out the treatment in a very professional manner. The result was very good.Chenz has looked after the staff by having them all wear full PPE kits.Tells you about the business and owners.The salon was clean and neat.Will return!

I had a pedicure there and it was really nice. Although, when the applied pack was getting dried, the lady suggested and asked if she can file my hand nails by then,as they were very uneven. I let her file them and even thanked her by telling that no one usually offers to do so. At the time of payment, they charged me 50₹ extra just for the hand nail filing!Its not really about the money, but the way I was not informed that the thing is chargeable. I found it very misleading. If you are trying to offer some extra service, you should let your client know that it is going to be chargeable. Dont act as if you are doing it complimentary and then charge in the final bill.I have been here several times for different services, hence I am not putting a very bad rating, but this incident was really off putting.

Disappointing experience. Thought Id give it a try since it was close to my house. I got waxing and pedicure done. Very high prices for the very mediocre services provided. The lady who did my waxing was rough and unprofessional- didnt apply wax/pull hair based on the direction of the hair growth. For pedicure, they charged me ₹650 and didnt even scrub my toes. Additionally, I was planning to get haircut, eyebrows and facial ( just the facial was a whopping ₹1600). I decided to opt out of the other services and went to Niks instead! The services arent worth the price.

Rates are a little on the higher side but Shakeel does a good job at haircuts. I dont go anywhere else after my first haircut at Chenz. Do take an appointment before you go in. Havent tried the other services so I cant comment on that

I moved to Mumbai last year n still come back for hair cuts n colour .. Comfort is next level.

The experience was pathetic. I went there based on the google reviews. I believe they might be good at hair styling but rest of their beauty services are trash. There were two of us and we went for the exact same set of service - a Moroccan oil head massage and a foot spa pedicure. The regimen followed for the same service was totally different. It did not involve nail buffing which is a quintessential of a pedicure. I did not receive a steam treatment for my pedicure while my friend did, plus the next day both of us ended up with cracked nails, which aptly points out the precision of their staff. We paid a bill of a whopping 3000, which now seems like utter waste.Not recommended at all for spa or massage services.

I had exactly same experience as Siddhi Unkule...I told that lady multiple time that I want thik eyebrows so just remove extras but by ignoring me she made it very thin n shapeless also she removed lots of hair on my forehead...she literally ruin my face...n even after my bad feedback that lady was absolutely fine..she just ignored itIll never go there again.

Excellent services and trained staff. The hygiene and ambience of this place is maintained very well. I recommend this place to get your beauty essentials done.

I have had pathetic experience with Chenz over the past 2 months. The first time a big drop of rica wax was dropped on my right eyebrow followed by pulling it off my which completely distorted the shape of my eyebrow (literally a gap) . During my next visit, I had clearly told I just want you to clear the extras. In spite of that the entire eyebrow shape was spoiled again. I love thick eyebrows and now I have extremely thin once(this happens 1 month prior to my wedding). So, basically Chenz has lost all their professionalism and stopped understanding their client needs. I would recommend everyone to rethink before visiting the salon. I will never visit this place again. Hope they learn to understand their client needs.

I am a fan of their full body massages. It is absolutely rejuvenating and worth the money spent. Do give it try sometime. It also relieves of body ache.

One of the few salons in Pune with thoroughly professional beauticians. The service they give is worth every penny they charge. Sumitra is one of my favorite beauticians there.

Just unprofessional.. They cancelled my appointment when I reached Salon.. When I even compromised to wait, they made me wait till one hour still no haircut done for me. I walked out.... Too unprofessional..shakeel is highly unprofessional..

Awesom Salon, My sister got her make up done for her engagement from chenz and was looking exquisitely beautiful. The make up done was long lasting that even after the Party she was looking as if she had just got ready for it. One of the best and my regular salon . I love the ambience and the place . The staff the totally trustworthy & makes you feel comfortable as soon as you enter , they give you the best service (though its a bit expensive but it is totally worth the spend) I enjoy my time here as I have been coming for ages .
