Cool place for short stay. Close to beach very advantegous. Reasonable price.

I loved the place. It is the only good restaurant on the way to Tamini ghat. Not overpriced. Quality food and service. And they have good washrooms and washrooms are rare in that area.

Good place. Food was great too. The staff service needs improvement. We had to wait too long for our breakfast even though we were the only group that ordered food at that time. Good place for quick bites if you are going to Tamini ghat/Kundalika/Mulshi

They are spoiling the name of Vithal kamat chain restaurants. Mysore masala was the most horrible and only red spicy....too hot. Very bad service....wait for long time. Sambhar is Rich in oil....very unhygienic restaurant. They charge prepaid as they are sure that people will run away after eating their lousy food. Avoid wasting your family time at this place

Ive been touring Maharashtra since 10 years on my motorcycle and i have eaten at many places both good and bad. But this place was the worst ive ever visited. Water chutney, medicine tasting sambar, cold rubbery dosa, uncooked uttapa, and very very rude staff. The person at cash counter stands in a shirt with a hoody over his head like a gangster and has zero manners or knowledge of how to talk to customers who complain about cold dosas.I dont know his name but he had north east indian features. I wish i could give this place Zero stars.

Best location at reasonable price... Room service is just ok.. food is good..

Rooms are okay. We booked AC rooms, but they couldnt provide us the same as AC rooms were not available.Pool is was not kept clean.Staff is not well trained.Resort owner also holds franchisee of Kamat restaurants. This is the only place to have food.Lake view from the resort is amazing.But is situated in Tamhini ghat, the area is bit lonely.Mobile network is not available at this place except for idea.A good place to get detached from city.Not ideal from Mumbai travellers, as road to reach there via Lonavala is in worst condition. It took us 5+ hours to reach there.

Good place with nice scenery. Food is okay. The terrace was leaking during heavy rains and because of that few seats could not be occupied. Parking could be made better. Otherwise good place near Tamini ghat.

OK food, and good service.But, the sponge mattress is not good, its very uncomfortable to sleep.If they cant provide good quality mattress, then atleast should provide normal cotton mattress.

Very good service by sai resort team . Nice climet in rainy season. The rooms are very clean also there is beautiful swimming tank . There alot space for parking . The food is very good and tasty .

BEST HOTEL IN THE GHAT SECSSION TO VISITA GOOD FAMILY RESORT WITH A 4 FEET DEEP SWIMMING POOL AND LUXIRIOUS ROOMS

Today (22 Dec) I went to Sai resourt. I just had a lunch. Also one thing , this resourt is under Viththal Kamat Frenchiese. Food was good. It is near to Mulshi dam so you can spent some time if you want. I am posting some of pictures I clicked there. But one thing I want to mentioned that the road is in very poor condition. So I suggest not to visit this. Its not that bad but you will get better than this.

Clean place, food was Ok. Nice stop if you are traveling with family.

This is a Vithal Kamat restaurant in Tamhini Ghat on the way to Konkan region. This restaurant provides delicious menu of Vittal Vada, Tea etc. The worst dishes here are sweet lime water, poha, upma & lassi. I like the ambience though. They also provide clean toilets & free purified drinking water facility for travelers passing by.

Only good place to have a dinner or lunche in the ghat , having good rooms to stay overnight , rates are expensive.....

Nice experience. Scenic view of the Mulashi dam backwater.

Not very good. I stopped there on my way to kolad. We ordered idli, poha and vada paav.all items were bad.

Never go for refreshments in Kamath Restaurant, if visiting Tamhini Ghat Section near Mulshi lake.....charges are sky high and food quality is of very low grade......than again they will ask you to eat the famous Vitthal Vada...which is again going to disappoint your expectation. ....crux of the story ....just avoid kamath and Sai resort if not in urgency.

VITHAL KAMATS WAS HORRIBLE FOOD , CHOLE TIKKI HORRIBLE, PANEER BUTTER MASALA HORRIBLE, DAL TADKA HORRIBLE . NO TASTE IT WAS PATHETIC LIKE CHARITY FOOD. ONLY IDLY VADA WAS GOOD

They are advertising as vithal kamat, but not...its not suit to vithal kamat standard.poor service-after giving order, you will be served after 45 min.order tracing system is worst- we paid total 160Rs for 4 glass of butter milk. after 45 min when asked to waiter he replied that it was served to somebody else.If you wish to try this one, you should go in winter or rainy season only as there are no FAN available (as on 31-10-2016)

Great place to get Southern food. Resort in Kamat chain. Nice place. A place to go with family. Accommodation can also be done. First good place after climbing Tamhini Ghat. Maggie, sandwiches, ice cream are all available up to the leaf. There is space for parking.
