The stay was decent, Food is average and with limited options. Rooms are compact yet beautiful. Parking for car is available but that too limited to max 4 cars. Ambience is very attractive and pleasant.

Well designed, clean and spacious rooms; Courteous staff; freshly prepared hygienic food. Breakfast menu seems a bit limited. Would have liked some eggs or bean toasts to be included. But none the less, a really good experience!

The room (cozy room with king cloud bed) was a pigeon hole . For room service one trolley was provided opposite to the lift on every floor and the room guests had to go and collect their orders from the trolley. The paper cups for tea or coffee were very small which are provided by roadside tea stalls and never by any hotel. The restaurant on the ground floor is open from 3 sides next to the road and there is a risk of dust. The room rent is very high compared to amenities provided and it is not value for money at all. The only plus points are cleanliness and decor. You could delete this hotel from your portal if you do not want to spoil your name and image. It was a lousy experience I ever had.

The Property is good with clean rooms. The staff is helpful.The major issue is non availability of a tea coffee maker in rooms. I needed tea at 630am but I was informed that the kitchen starts only at 730am.In short, no tea/coffee available before 730am .No breakfast available before 730am. Strange and inconvenient for early risers.Food is expensive and not worth the cost.The non smoking room given to me was smelling of cigarrete ash.Also, if you travel by your own car here, proper and secure car parking is not available. You have to park on road adjoining the hotels compound wall at your own risk.If above issues are taken care of, the hotel can come upto the standard of a true budget hotel. It has the potential for sure.

Have stayed in Centro quite a few times. *Positive*Location: in the heart of the city on Apte road. All eateries are nearby.Rooms: Decent sized..and very very basic but inside room is all white decor and nice paintings of Pune place and people. Small room has one table and chair and only half mirror. Bigger rooms have 2 two table and chair and full size mirror. There is nothing much in the toilet but you can request them for dental or shaving kit.Internet and connectivity: Connectivity is good and they have Wi-FiFood: in-house restaurant is not there but they have a small cafe types where snacks are available.Cafe: They have a lovely cafe and open seating arrangement on thr ground floor.Staff: house keeping Staff are very very sweet especially Vinod who is a ever smiling and ready to serve his guests with love and smile. The reception staff are good but sometimes I find the customer service angle missing but they did adhere to my late check out request.*Negative*Room: There is no morning tea/coffee equipment and if you ask also they are not available.Parking: There are just 4-5 parking outside the hotel which most of the time is full so car has to be parked on the road.All in all a decent place to stay if you are looking at very basic stay but in prime location. You can sit in the cafe and work so for working people it is good.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff was well trained. They help you with absolutely everything. The front desk is quite helpful too. However the things that I have always loved about Centro is the location and the small restaurant called Perch. The food is fabulous. The rooms are small, so not ideal for bigger families, but if you are a lonely traveler or traveling for pure leisure or work, Centro is the place to be in Pune.

Hotel is Situated centraly so that u can reach any place with in few mints, just 5 min walking distance from JM road. Hotel is well mentained with clean and pleasant rooms. Hotel staff is very helpful, very polite. Food is delicious with more options in our breakfast.we definitely recommend this for my friends and family also. we will also happy to stay next time when we visit to Poona with family.

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The rooms were rather small, there wasnt a lot of space to put your luggage. The bathroom was ok, notably the shower was quite spacious and nice. The biggest issue was the cleanliness, as the bathroom wasnt properly cleaned before check-in. After a request to clean it again it was marginally better, but virtually all surfaces had stains and residue, there was no proper deep cleaning. The reception was helpful and the prices are competitive, but the biggest gripe was the cleanliness.

I went in March 2020, and stayed for 4 days. The hotel rooms were very clean. The staff and management were hospitable. Any issues including unsubscribed TV channels were addressed immediately. The breakfast was quite good (though the variety was slightly less). Their restaurant was open 24/7, and the ambience (with many plants around) and food quality was great.

Must be the Prime choice of Hotel in PuneCentro recently built and having fresh look from inside is located in Central part of the city should be the prime choice whether it’s Family, Business or party. why?Rooms are very reasonably charged, extremely cleaned and well maintained, Fresh and clean linen every day, even they provide napkin, liquid soap, 2 types of shampoo, 24 hours hot water, modern intercom, DND facility, AC temperature can be maintained so didn’t feel absence of windows. If you lock bathroom door properly, the water does not get clogged outside. But some bad smell was coming sometime from bathroom was only negative point.Food: you can order food in rooms or you can have it in Perch restaurant located in ground floor. Food quality was excellent whether it is soup, Bombay sandwich,  Paneer chilli gravy or Jeera Rice etc. and reasonably charged. Even enough options are there for breakfast. Breakfast food quality has scope for improvement.I will definitely book once again, and my 5 stars for hotel, if I visit Pune.

Its located in the heart of Pune city, in the shivajinagar area. The Fergusson college n famed FC road are just a stone throw away. Its an excellent hotel. Had such a pleasant time! The staff were so helpful n courteous. The local items like chivda n bhakarwadi kept were delicious n so thoughtful considering we had come to experience Pune. The in-house restaurant Perch serves beautiful n mouth-watering food... Would definitely recommend this place to all.

It was home away from home here... Stayed for the longest duration in any visit almost nine days n it could not have been better. The staff, the food, service was above at par. Excellent value for money. Room was neat and clean. Linen was clean. Toilet and bath had good amenities and well maintained. Breakfast as part of B and B was good. Lunch at the restaurant was a disappointment. Staff is friendly, they may you feel welcome. I recommend this hotel for excellent value for money.

A good business hotel in terms of facilities, quite neat and good rooms... the entry at the ground floor is pretty unconventional for an hotel... the restaurant (named Perch) is also located at the ground floor... food is decent, but only vegetarian options are available... staffs are otherwise helpful, but I felt they somewhat lack the sophistication needed to be in the hospitality sector... some training on dos and dont may help.Overall a decent stay for the price... stayed for only 1 night in the Grand Room, which I think is the most expensive room on offer in this hotel. Room was very good, neat and clean with all the facilities you would expect in a business hotel. Will recommend it if you are okay with vegetarian food options (no non-vegetarian food options here).Liked the reception area and and restaurant, which is quite innovative ... look at the photos... Centro- Mine was a family stay, Well this hotel location is extremely good, right in centre of Pune Deccan, hotel is new, clean, very green and lively... staff is very warm and helpful, rooms are quite spacious, washroom is clean and well organised... working desk in room is good with proper charging points, AC is good... bed is cozy...food is veg option & amazing... room service can be ordered over whatsapp... parking is available for cars... OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE AND MORE THAN VALUE OF MONEY SPENT

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. The property looks very chic. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. The only issue I faced was the lock in my room was not working and TV reception had some issues. Since we were planning to be out for most of the day it did not matter to us much.Breakfast was limited but tasty.

The hotel is a new property and hence everything is neat and clean. Got a good deal and hence was a great value for money. The room and the bathroom are very clean with nice fittings and the sheets and towels are white and not stained. The breakfast is reasonably good in terms of spread and taste. However while it was supposed to be ready at 7.30AM, it was ready only by 7.45AM.One other thing I noticed which is worrying is that the floor mats (washed ones) are kept on top of the towels by Husekeeping while carrying them in the trolley. While the bathroom floor mats may have been washed, I surely dont want them on my towel and management should change this practice.Lot of restaurants nearby. Overall a great place.

Hotel was good to stay but hospitality was poor. Bathroom leack was informed twice to reception but it was not fixed only besides wiping out the floor by the housekeeping staff. I am sure next guest will have the same problem if he gets same room which I got. Breakfast menu was limited and they have Pure veg restaurant. Vehicle parking is also limited and for only 4 vehicles. Free water bottle in room tasted like Tap water and Hotel management dont provide mineral water which is very common in other Hotels.

Recommended for couples, Not Recommended for Family.:We had booked Centro for an overnight stay in heart of the Pune City. The ambience is good, room rates are slightly on higher side, but still went ahead and booked via MakeMyTrip. Reached there at 1:30am and checked into Room 209.. The issue that I had was with the Bathroom area. Dont understand why would there be translucent door for the bathing area where one can clearly from the bed who is bathing and what they are doing while bathing. Another issue was: I had booked Cozy Room with King Cloudbed but got a queen size bed. Had to accept the room as didnt want to go room hunting in another hotel @1:30am. Rooms are relatively small, just enough space to move around the bed and barely just enough space for four bags. Summary: Recommended for couples, Not Recommended for Family.

It has a pure veg restaurant and a 24 hour cafe which serves mostly sandwiches and pizzas. Restaurant has nothing special to offer, less options, food quantity is small, overpriced. Rooms are good and cleanliness is maintained. Small parking. Place is not easy to notice.

Centro is a good place for a quick stay. Their restaurant wasnt functioning but I had breakfast. They need to kickstart their restaurant asap! The rooms are absolutely clean and the white theme is gorgeous! And the hotel is conveniently located.
