. Just wow !!!! Got my hair color and keratin done . Javed my hair colorist did such an excellent job just the way I wanted. He made my hair so stunning I cant stop getting compliments. They listen very patiently to exactly what kind of results you want keeping in mind the quality of your hair. Staff is very accommodating kind and warm .iam a very sattisfied customer and would recommend it to anyone looking for a mind blowing hair color and hair cut you always wanted .

The staff is professional and know their stuff. I got my hair cut done by one of the staff named Prasad and he could give good advice for my hair as well as suggestions. Also, my hair cut looked exactly how I wanted. Have been there earlier too, all staff are well behaved. Hope it remains this good gradually as well. :D

I had very long hair till my waist. I went for hair cut. I already explained very clearly that i dont want to sacrificed my length. Just want a new look. But they chopped my hair like anything. Also they charged around 2k which is on very expensive side. But even if we keep the expense aside, i will expect atleast a good hair cut. But after the cut i was so disappointed. Its not looking good at all. And they cut the length to half.My last visit to this salon. Will never visit again

Unisex salon in the heart of Viman Nagar, definately one of the best among the many. Service is polite, courteous and prompt. The stylists have good ideas and pay heed to your requests. The stylists take a good deal of time on each customer to make the results are satisfactory. Good hygiene is maintained. With music and air conditioning, the place is relaxing.All of this comes at price though. They do have a membership program which when enrolled, gives you and your family members a 20% discount.Highly recommended.

Sabby did excellent job for the hair treatment with Hair botox treatment . Loved the look and feel, quality other than regular hair straightening treatment .He explained evrything in detailed and care needs to be taken post treatment so 5 * for him..giving 4 starts to saloon because I felt its little overpriced as paid 8k upto shoulder length for thin hairs and though I told them that I was interested in membership they did not bother to ask or inform about membership benifits while leaving the saloon . The only suggestion is there should be transparency regarding charges for the treatment .It shouldnt be floating .I never faced floating charges in one of the best saloons while doing hair smoothening.I would suggest customer to check for the final charges first then go for it. Anyways I am happy about the quality so giving 4 stars .

We went here for my mothers facial and eye brows and the quality of eyebrow was pathetic. Both sides looking non uniform, one thick and the other thin.And when we raised it after having a closer look at home they put the blame on us! Such horrible customer service where you firstly cannot accept a mistake and then blame the customer.They are not at all worth the huge money charged from customers.Suggest nobody to visit them ever if you want quality, good service, value for money.

I had the worst experience at this salon. I went to get my eyebrows threading done. The girl who did my eyebrows seemed to be unhygienic and was also stinking. Dont remember that exact name but I think it was Nasreen. I ignored that and asked her to do my eyebrows and specifically told her to remove a couple of grey hairs in my eyebrows while threading. Without my knowledge while eyes were closed she removed one of my grey hairs from my eyebrows using an eyebrow plucker. I was furious because if the hair is plucked from its root it causes more greys. I complained about this at the reception and the receptionist offered to return the money I paid (₹95) but I refused. What I expected was someone taking an action towards that unprofessional girl who did my eyebrows. If the greys had to be plucked, I could have done it myself. Why would I need a professional for that? Im so disappointed. Ill never step into that salon again and will also share the feedback wih all my friends living in that area.

I went to the salon from Baner cos the google rating was good and I wanted a good hairdo. I showed the haircut I wanted to hairstylist in the start. When I saw myself in the mirror after the hair cut I couldnt stop crying. Worst cut I have ever had. Hate the salon and their services. Although I had an idea about how I want my cut to look, I ultimately left it to Kiran (my hairdresser) to go with his gut. And he did justice to my hair. I loved my haircut.Also, for women who want to go for a pixie cut, just go for it. Dont worry about how it will look on your face shape. My face is full and round and I went for an asymmetrical short pixie, and I am in love with how this pixie adds more volume to my hair and makes my face look slimmer! This is in reference with your response to Monikas review . You are misinformed by your hairdresser. He only suggested short fringes saying that the hair texture is good and we can make them short .He admitted this in the end when Monika confronted him. Being an experienced in his profession he should have the ability to imagine the cut in advance . On the basis of his suggestion Monika said yes , thinking that he might now better. But the cut was hideous. Now we are more surprised to see that you and your staff miscommunicate.In the end you could have at least asked by seeing the sad face of your customer but no sorry or any word from you or your hairdresser side .Pathetic service and behavior

Did my haircut today. hairdresser was doing haircut with bare hand no gloves . He did worst haircut , I shown him what type of haircut I wanted (I shown him photograph of my haircut which I did earlier from same salon in February 2020). Then reception attendent was saying its my fault that my scalp has less hair our hairdresser did correct haircut and she was carelessly said that there is nothing we can do about it. Then other hairdresser tried to repair my bad haircut but he made my hair length much shorter( previously I told both hairdresser that I want short length but I should tie my hair into ponytail), so now I cant tie my hair into ponytail and my hair look like high school girls hair. Very disappointed with their service. In future I wont go there for my any hair or beauty assistance.

Myself Dr. Hassan Shaikh ( for the knowledge of the owner ). My wife underwent a haircut carried out by the owner herself. Throughout the duration of our visit, she was exquisite in everything she did and said. She was very courteous, open, straightforward, direct in her frank suggestions and she was quite ethical. She offered us coffee since we got drenched in the rain. She also offered a bouquet to my wife as a token of gift for my wifes birthday and that was as surprising as it was special. A month ago I had my undercut done here and I was pleased with the service and the price. I had a hair cut done yesterday- trimming to be precise. I was disappointed with the service and the attitude of the hair dresser. It felt as though he didnt want to do it. I told him he had cut a few extra strands and he didnt accept his fault but rather kept insisting it was baby hair. Now with the price -I was disappointed because it was a trimming I had done and paid Rs.1040.But the first time I had it done with my mid long hair to a bob undercut it was less than 1000( including student discount). When I asked for clarification, the reception lady gave a lukewarm response. I have to say there is no consistency in the service provided. I would rethink visiting this place again.

I went there to get my hair short but the hairdresser couldnt handle me voluminous hair. I had to constantly tell him what to do but he kept doing something else.Right now my hair looks like that of a boy whose hair has grown unevenly from everywhere.

Visited this Salon for the first time. Got two things done, a clean up and a hair spa. The woman who did my clean up was patient and did her job well. Was very relaxing. Mainly my face seemed quite smooth after it. The saloon is small for the crowd it usually has. The crowd gets tripled during weekends, so better to book an appointment before visiting. Visited the salon primarily for a face cleanup and haircut.Since I have sensitive skin, I am very wary of applying anything “cosmetic” on it. Pallavi explained all the options to me very patiently and did not push me towards any particular one. I chose “Remy Laure Cleanup”. She did her job very meticulously and is also very sweet to talk to! Super amazing!Haircut was done by Sabby and he did an awesome job! I am super happy with the result. It was a very pleasant experience and he is very friendly and sweet.——I also felt extremely glad to know that the work environment for salon employees is very conducive and they are very happy working there. Credit goes to the owner for that!+1 for healthy work environment.

You do not want to take a risk when it comes to your hair.. Have been to multiple salons but never been satisfied.. I loved my first experience with little hair.. And Sabby who helped me get my haircut Is simply amazing.. The skill that he carries with ease is outstanding.. I am booking you for all my future appointments for myself and my friends too..
