1. The biggest drawback of this salon is even when you book an appointment and go at the particular given time, you will have to wait for your turn to come for at least 45 mins.2. DO NOT BUY THEIR MEMBERSHIP CARD OR AVAIL ANY MEMBERSHIP SERVICES, I’ve done that mistake & when I call them For appointment , they never give me the appointment or even if they give, they will keep changing the appointment timings.3. Management is worst I would say. The hair services are good, but to wait to get that service, is what depends on management and it’s worst.Guys, you are responsible for wasting PRECIOUS TIME & that too of your customers. Hope, you go through all the reviews for your growth!

I got my 1st haircut by some guy hair dresser it was perfect as i wanted.Because i dont know his namewhen i went again after 6 months some lady was assigned to me after telling her again and again she did blunder with my hair all length gone nd volume as it is i wanted other way around its been a month now still feeling why i have wasted money and got suffered.. 😑Worst experience ever.....Will never go back and will never recommend this to my enemy even...

Worst service, untrained professionals, worst haircut of my life. The great stylist Nilesh ruined my hair.My friend got her hair trimmed at this salon. So I went there on her recommendation as he had done a decent trimming job. I wanted to get a trim of my shoulder length hair n make it a bit shorter. The stylist chopped off half of my hair n gave me a weird heidious looking cut. I totally went into a panic mode n all he kept saying was u wanted it short. Well the length wasnt my issue but the blunt short haircut was. It took him hardly 10mins to give me that cut without putting any efforts. No apologies no rectification. I had to call his senior n request him to give me a better cut. I had to chop all my length n get a bob n had to somehow master the courage to accept it. Never in my life I had such a bad experience. I regret stepping into that salon. I regret even thinking of a haircut. Shame on the parlour n the management. The senior stylist apologised and not even the one who did it. Even the management or receptionist didnt utter a single word of apology.

Only the interiors are tempting. The workers act over smart. The hair wash basins are absolutely uncomfortable. You have to hold your head up, if you rest your neck then the basin slides down. Washing hair equals to muscle spasms. The services are definitely not worth the money.

The employee Savita who provided the service was the only best part of the whole place. Ms. Manisha who is supposedly the manager is the most damaging person there. She is the worst possible thing you want to deal with when you want to relax and rejuvenate. No politeness to talk to an elderly woman. My mother is 60, she constantly insulted her for no rhyme or reason. Horrible experience.

Got kerAtin and hair streaks done .. they showed me light gold color but it turned out to be reddish . My hair are normally straight and with kerAtin treatment even the curly hair get straight but no effect on my hair. It turned out to be as my usual hair ... what a waste of 10000 bucks and guys dont seem to know about kerAtin when asked he said after the treatment it is supposed to return to your normal hair

I went to this salon with my sister and had 2 nearbuy vouchers.I made an prior appointment with hair stylist Guru and receptionist gave confirmation.After reaching there they said only one hair cut can be done by their special hairstylist ,on which I debated but they said we have rules on weekend.Which I think they have made by themself.And only one haircut was provided by him.Inspite the booking they denied the haircut with the specified hair stylist only because we came through nearbuy voucher.If you have any problem regarding the voucher and the services donot promote your salon on this app.

The place is very neat and clean,as that is the first thing i see whenever i go to any place.hats off to the cleaning staff.Friendly and knowledgable service staff.my favroite person to go to is Kamen for women beauty services.She understands your needs and provides good service.I only give four stars for the little higher prices.

Took my mother this place for a hair cut, she was handed over to an unskilled person who could not even hold his scissor stable, she needed to request again and again post which she was assisted by a professional. Lady at reception indeed failed at doing her job, she whould have asked us to wait instead of putting us in such an uncomfortable situation.

Akshay a good hair specialist left the job and 5th haircut was done by some other guy messing up the hairstyle... When I went back to retrim even though I had membership card the receptionist behaved badly (28th Sept 2016).. Definitely disappointed...
