Good food with great ambience, if youre visiting Pune or are residing in Pune , Id recommend this place. Food could be a tad expensive but its worth it.

Best place to hangout with your friends but however they should improve their service by not forcing customers to order and order 😂 overall nice ambience yummy food.

Ambience wasnt great, dj wasnt great. Decwnt pasta. But this 1 star is for the sole reason that the employees showed a complete disregard for even the most basic covid protocols. Nobody was wearing a mask, and everybody wanted to get one my face and speak, for some reason. Totally ruined my mood of being out. Very unhappy.

Good place with spacious seating and nice ambience while being seated on a covered terrace. They also have an indoor section with a dedicated section as a dance floor. We had ordered Indian food and it was tasty. Good service too. Choice of drinks was very very limited though.

Good place but food was not properly cooked, when asked the chef just overcooked the same food and returned back to table.Its not a good practice. Ideally wherever I have faced issue with food almost all restaurants replace the dish.

Bad service even when there were less people, once it picked up they did not manage the crowd. Unnecessarily playing loud music, great ambiance and view but a bad place to sit and have a conversation with friends.

We were 35 people, I did not like the way they handled the crowd. Also, they did not serve dips with any dish which was quite disappointing.But the dishes were yum, they have amazing starters.

Absolutely worst customer service, non-professional staff. I would have given 3 star if the food was good, but actually I never got to eat it. We were 6 ppl, and all we were served were starters after 30 mins and we never got to main course. After waiting for almost an hour, we left. Its quite unfortunate they cant handle the services, theres this weird system where a particular guy only attends to your table, but that doesnt help at all. Even when you call them, they ignore you most of the times. Even basic things like cleaning up, and setting new plates seems too much of an ask. Ultimately, I left my seat literally asked for the bill directly at the counter..which was also wrong. Re-printed it, paid and left for good.

New place with great service and a really nice sound system. Beer was chilled and food was fresh. Be back soon!
