Need to really look at your cooling system u cant have just 2 fans and expect almost everyone to be covered. It was hot, I had to ask for table change 2 times.2. Staff needs to be more proactive.3. There were multiple items which were not available from bar menu.4. We ordered watermelon margarita and it was sweeter then any watermelon I ever had.. Please work on that.

Garlic chilli chicken wings are good. They give a choice in terms of beer and size of the glass. Good place to go with a group. There is also an app the beer cafe in app store. One can avail discounts with ref to points accumulated.

There is scant crowd if you go during weekdays. We got beer tasters for all the varieties they had. Ordered fish finger, masala peanut, chilli chicken- food preparation was good.

They have a very good collection of beers. The staff is so interactive and fun. They have a number of offers. You get a upgrade to a tower from a pitcher and you get a free drink if you have a beard of 2inch or more. Really a great place to hang out with your buddies.

Excellent service and wide variety of beers available. They have this sit n relax type setup unlike other pubs in Amanora which plays music at top of their volume. We ordered Garden Pizza which was good. Overall nice experience.

We tried beer braised chicken trio which had sausages, wings and chicken thigh. Loved the taste of each and every item. The 2nd thing we ordered was the chicken fingers stuffed with cheese. Loved both the food items. Good music and friendly staff

Most of the variety on the menu was not available. The waiter was not sure if they brewed their own beer or not. As per the waiter, they had a policy to serve peanuts with beer, however they were out peanuts, although their restaurant was completely empty at about 8pm, even before the crowd had set in.The only thing I like about the place was that the waiter was willing to go and buy my friend some cigarettes for double price.

No greetings, staffs were a little casual and it was not comforting me in any manner as I came alone to dine here and staffs were into fun talks while staring at me. This gesture of staffs cannot be acceptable. Rest the food was okay and ambience (Location: Amanora Mall) is not so great.

Love the large variety of beers that they have. They serve other alcoholic drinks as well as mocktails. The food is nice too.Their loyalty points program is pretty good.The staff is friendly and remembers regular customers.They have a couple of large screens, usually showing different sports.Theres indoor as well as outdoor seating.Wish they held more festivals.

Best place to have a beer with friends when you want to actually talk to them and discuss things instead of just shouting Woo and being drunk. Probably had the best times with my friends here while talking and catching up. Also a mediocre place yo witness football/cricket matches. Assortment of beers is impeccable and the service is also commendable.

You dont get whats written in menu. Outside it says 30 options available. Inside there were 3.Also dish get prepared by own understanding.. there was no kidney beans in nachos, attendant was sure that no one gives kideny beans anymore in complete pune although its written in menu.

I went to the store on Saturday and the chicken they served was partially decayed. I mean hiw one can play with customers hygiene. I do not recommend.

Place is good for people who wants to Hangout places where noise is less and want to have gigs and conversation s ..but there options and happy hours options are not very good. So we had to purchase at the standard rates as we wanted to Hangout where we can have lots of gigs and revisit old times

Poor food taste. I ordered chicken skewers, slider burgers, Onion rings, veg spring roll and fried chicken strips. Poor decision of ordering multiple items at once! All the dishes had a horrible and/or bland taste bordering on unedible. Would suggest avoiding food at this place

Extremely bad customer service, the place is maintained like a local permit room. I went there with my wife and a friend; the waiter didnt even show up for over 15 minutes. After placing the order(only beer, no food) he vanished for another 20 minutes. There were other waiters loitering around, but nobody bother to even pay attention to us even after calling them. Will never recommend this place to others

Best place to go alone or couple of friends to have couple of beers. Nothing fancy, no hard music, you can take a seat, have couple of beers with your company and enjoy a decent time.

Not worth of what quality u get here.Many of draught brands are out of stock, even on weekends.Plus, they charge u can 10 % service charge, which Im not seeing anywhere, of such class.

Very bad experience on a Saturday night. The service was horrible. It took us 15 mins of waving our hands to get a guy to take an order. There was probably just 10 people in the place, yet the sevice was bad. The orders took a lot of time ( we only ordered 3 dishes ) and they kept stalling. When the end product came we were dumbfounded on how such simple stuff can take 45 mins

Not so happening place as you will end up paying close to 35% taxes extra .ie over and above the mrp price. First of all they will charge you double the price of a normal drink + will add service charge of 10%+ 4.95 service tax + Vat as applicable by the Indian Government. Imagine a 330 ml Sula red wine mrp of 355 they will sell that for 595 + they will add service charge and taxes of 14.95% and additional VAT @ 20%.So if you wish to pay thrice the amount you can visit the place.The Bhoora chicken dish which was ordered was again tasteless.They think every person who comes there is always high and wont check the bills.
