Billing system is not good.Item purchased and item billing is need to verify at billing counter.Today i purchased one item and final billed for different item.

Well, they need to work a lot on their cleanliness and organizing the store. I always find it hard to locate stuff here. Their competition (eg. Star Bazaar and SPAR) is way better than them

I happened to visit the store today in the morning, after about two months. I was pleasantly surprised to see the new set up, also the much required extra space, acquired is a good move.Thanks for improving the layout, it is very customer friendly,especially during the pandemic.

Not the best, not the worst.Its a good option but not the best one.

This place has everything. The only problem is its bit small and dingy which makes it crowded especially during covid times.. Staffs follow the covid protection protocol. The vegetables section is another area with problems i find portions of vegetables spoilt or damaged and getting wasted.

Tiny store of Reliance fresh, its just big kirana store with brand name, located at right place but parking is terrible,no car parking available, staff needs to be more energetic and customer friendly, variety of vegetables and fruits, grocery available, no washroom entry granted to customers, floor needs to be more clean n neat

A pretty small store, but it has all the basic groceries, fresh fruits & vegetables !Good location, bang on the main road ! But finding a parking slot nearby is a big challenge.Cleanliness is lacking. Too many employees for that small store, so much so that the shop looks crowded with their own employees !!Also, they keep moving / shifting stuff during peak hours, hit us with their carts - and they are so unapologetic too ! Infact, they spoil your shopping experience ! Not once it twice, but always ! I guess they are used to being so insensitive to customers needs.Just 5 mins away, Star Bazaar is certainly a better place ! 👍

This store although small in terms of area/size, but offers sufficiently stocked varieties of food stuffs and groceries. The vegetables are usually fresh if you visit early morning time. Importantly the vegetables are reasonably priced.

Limited parking and limited grocery items. It is a small store with larger footfall. It has decent collection of all your household needs. Weekend afternoons are the best time to visit.

This place is very sad. It doesnt have enough items to shop. Also they are not fresh.

Theu have all products which a reliance fresh store could have, and all are fresh and handled carefully. These 4 stars are for the products and its range only. Also they are following all the rules and taking good care during this corona thing. But it is not spacious, two or more than two person can not go at a time through the lane. And it becomes more tough when someone is coming in opposite direction.

Its a really have it all under the hood kind of places. Price is reasonable and they offer really good discount and add on deals.You can buy fresh vegetables and all the daily need items in the same place. However the no supermarket competes the local vegetable vendors when it comes to freshness. Most of the digital payment options are available.The only cons of this place is the parking. If you are planning to buy from here, either take a two wheeler or hire a cab. Because sometimes during the peak hours the area gets a bit congested and all clogged up.

As name is given Reliance Fresh, not every item is fresh here. As compared to price food is not that much fresh. Price is 15% more than usual.Place is not big like Dmart. Compact but very well maintained. Staff is very helpful. I didnt notice any misbehavior.Great initiative of using paper bags, just improve thickness of bags.4 🌟 for staff, cleanliness and for maintenance.For value for money only 2 🌟.

Its not very crowded, they have decent variety of products

Cramped up space in the layout, staff is busy putting up stuff on the rack even in peak hours & keeps brushing you, as if cattles are moving

Though have ample products to buy. There are a few discounts. Also for Vegetable and Fruit packing counter the guy told me to wait until a lady finishes packing of 10 bags!!!! Is it really logical? He could have taken request alternate from each customer. Also you need to get 2 products when they are on offer (B1G1)!!! Otherwise you dont get it at all??? Why on earth should I buy 2 when I want just 1?

Vegetables are cheaper but dirty and sometimes strewn with worms. Staff is good. Other items personal care and grocery usually have better discounts. A nice convenience store. You need to pick what you could buy from here. Ginger, garlic, gourds, green chilies, onion and potatoes are just about okay considering lower than average price. Greens, cauliflower, cabbages, tomato, fruits etc. are seldom fresh and good.

Was standing at the billing counter for more than 15min and the billing software wasnt working despite 7 to 8 people waiting there at such an odd hour. Billing staff was busy with mobile and on enquiring said that have informed manager so unless the software doesnt start they cant do much. Then she again continued with mobile. Thank you for wasting my time.

Place remains a bit crowded in evening hours. There is very little space to move around with all the stuff you are carrying. Its better to carry small baskets instead of trollies.
