Quality of construction not up to the mark.Major issues related to water supply irregularities and availability of water resources. Pleas dont go by the postive reviews they are mostly posted by the employees of the Silver group , i am living here since 2 years.

Excellent society you will ever find @Moshi. Silver 9 apartment E, F & G wings offer 1, 2 & 3 RHK At affordable rates. There are no flats remaining in C & D wing as this project was launched 4 years ago. Even the staff is Co-operative with the customers. Dont go on the other reviews. Believe me, I have purchased a new 2RHK over here in E Wing at an affordable budget. Mukesh Sir over here was so friendly with us at the time of purchasing the flat .A wing will be completed by 2025. EFG wings are going on and will be completed by March - June 2022. This is the only building which can be a great choice for your next home!! Loved It!!

Construction quality and finishing is very poor, there is big issue of water supply and water resources, Builders maintenance staff are not good.

The customer service is pathetic. They were behind us for registration and we had done it last year in may 2017 and no possession yet. They keep on extending the dealing. For march 2018 to august then September and now November. Seriously
