I had ordered cake for my father and requested gia email to write happy birthday with name. They didnt even write Happy Birthday on it. It was just blank. Nothing!!!

I bitterly regret not reading reviews before ordering. Id give negative rating if I could. Id ordered red velvet brownie cake at premium price. What I received was a poor cake from some local shady bakery, painted red, tasting of cardboard. I had to throw the whole cake off, no one can eat it. The phone number on website now says switched off. Please beware of these fraudsters.

I too committed the mistake of ordering in a hurry without looking at the reviews. The cake was horrible. Rs 900 for a half kg red velvet cake, half of which was only cream & the remaining part - horrid in taste.AVOID ordering from them.

The site is not working properly, I did payment by QR Code scan, but did not received either receipt or sms or email. Payment was successful. The phone number is closed. So the site is not maintained, but transaction is possible. Be aware. I did mistake in Hurry, now no way to communicate. I lost 2047 rupees.

This bakery is nightmare for those who plan party for loved ones. I ordered cheese cake with flowers and candles of Rs 1800. What I got was an average vanilla cake that too old baked with dry roses and no candles.Their website might looks appealing because all the pics are taken from net.DO NOT buy anything from them. They are fraud and shameless.

Absolutely the worst scam Ive ever encountered. I ordered from Satara. Apparently you cant order from here, and the service is limited to Pune. I didnt know this, as its not explicitly mentioned anywhere.So why did they accept my order?On calling they agreed to arrange something. The next day I did receive a cake. From monginis. Are they partners? Ive no idea.The worst part is its not a cheesecake, like I ordered. Just a normal cake. I could have just went to the shop and ordered it locally. The only reason I went to punebakers was I wanted a cheese cake.Ive gotten in touch with them, will change rating with edit if this gets resolved. 1 month to give the voucher. Is it a some kind of joke. No refund has been given to me in my bank account. This a fake company and I am going to file a complaint against you guys in consumer court. Only this ankit person always pick up the call and he is the boss of company he can not share the senior person email id neither transfer the call to them. He think he can do everything

The cake was very delicious in taste and had nice topping too on top of it - cake was very fine in quality. Everyone in our family liked the cake with prompt delivery by Pune bakers. Thanks for making such a nice surprise for me in Pune.

One of the worst bakerys ever. My wife ordered rainbow cake(1500 rs) after confirming 2 times if it was available. Even after placing the order they told that it would be delivered in evening. At around 5 pm they called my wife and said that since it is very hot we would not be able to deliver the cake and instead they offered to give chocolate cake(around 400 rs). When my wife said that please cancel the order so that she can arrange the cake from some other bakery the lady on the customer care told that they dont refund the money back. When my wife told them that she would sue them in consumer court they agreed to deliver it next day.Somehow the next day cake was delivered and my wife was happy until the cake was cut by me since it was my birthday. The cake just had icing of rainbow colours that too of very low quality. The inside of the cake was a red velvet cake(worth 700-800 rs) which is never a rainbow cake.My recommendation for the bakery is strict no no. These guys are looters and dont know how to make a cake. They just give lame excuses that in your area we only deliver chocolate cake while on their site they say that their expert delivery person delivers cake everywhere in Pune.I am attaching pics of the cake and my hand which clearly shows the fakeness of thse guys.
