High cost (cash only accepted) and terrible quality stale products sold. Bought Toast, cookies, khari, and pastries.. The khari and toast seemed atleast 2 -3 months old. The pastries had sour taste. Everything had to be put in the Bin. Such a waste.. Sorry but it has been a horrible experience!

Plum cake at its best. But dont have online payment option so have to carry cash.

Order veg pattice however received Non veg pattice, no one is receiving the call ...Very pathetic service, we lost the faith in Naaz bakery

Naaz bakery has been a landmark in Pune and has been known for its spirit of generosity. More than 20 years ago, we were organizing a college festival and some of us had approached them for sponsorship and help. They had sponsored all of our prizes with cakes. It was an act of tremendous generosity for us and gave a life to our festival. Am sending my best wishes to NAAZ ... it is more than a bakery. It is part of some of our memories and changed out lives through its generous gift.

Bought some pastries from here on 26th Feb. When I took a bite from one of the pastries it tasted horrible and figured they are old pastries. All of them.Not sure why this bakery has a good rating.

Visited naaz bakery yesterday, bought mawa cake, fruit cake, cup cakes n chocolate truffle pastry. I must say rates wer way too high bt quality according to the rates was bad, and the pastry was rotten, my son tasted it, he said mumma its sour in taste so I tasted it n really it was spoilt..very bad experience, other stuffs wer k not too good..

Very good place. Pune was famous for some confectionery shops around MG road and they have been boutique shop for cakes, rolls etc. The Mawa cake (type of pound cake) is excellent to have with tea / coffee. Apart from that several other cakes, pastries, naamkeens, biscuits specially Shrewsbury biscuits are very tasty to have.

Poor Quality and Stale Products. I purchased a Pastry and Samosas today afternoon. Both were stale. Very pathetic products. I think they should live up to the trust of customers. Throw away products if not sold out dont wait them to be spoiled.

Visit them for a chicken mayo sandwich any day. Its awesome!

Its a great bakery. The best Shrewsbury in the city. Great bread, best cream rolls though they vary from day to day. Some days they are too sweet. The almond macarones are worth dying for. Grear sandwiches. The nankhatais are another level. But one star less for the gruff behaviour. Takes some of the joy away.PS : top secret. Its better than Kayanis. But the latter do far better courtesy their courtesy(pun intended). Definitely where these Naaz people lack. Too much of Naaz I guess😉😀😂

Sub standard cream rolls, buns taste below par, they dont give any bills while charges are well above the normal rates of bakery items...seriously avoid getting here

Fabulous plum cake and wine cake. Didnt like the khari biscuits. Their scones both chocolate and cream were delicious. The mawa cake is the best.

So I was passing by Naaz bakery (Pune camp) 2 days ago and decided to try/buy their RUSK for the very first time.The salesman seemed more like the owner and spoke in a wannabe english accent !! He said each pack was 250 grams and for INR.100. (400 per kg for rusk is pretty expensive !!)I reluctantly bought 1 packet. He didnt give a receipt.Upon reaching home, i weighed the pack and to my shock it was only 200 grams !!So i was cheated and frankly it didnt taste good and definitely not worth the money.Kayani bakery is fair and good and better priced.Never again Naaz bakery !!!
