Much ado about Donuts!Nowhere close to dunkin donuts not even wildly close but well tried I must say. Needs to be softer, more buttery and tgere was particularly no flavour in the hazel.Packaging is decent though

Its one of those chains which is standard and the taste is uniform throughout all branchesU never go wrong with dark chocolate and a 🍩The only issues what I have been observing is that the 🍩 feels smaller now and the cost has increased tremendously...Slowly its either good products getting expensive or common people getting poorer.. either way this has become an occasional treat..

One of the outlets of famous donut chain MOD.Recently opened outlet has open kitchen. This mandates MOD staff and chefs to maintain highest level of hygiene and cleanliness.Mod has increased the prices by over 20-25% though.I am giving 3 stars because our table was not clean and even after requesting them to clean the table (which was for 2), staff asked us to shift the place and occupy bigger table (which was for at least 6 people).This behavior was not customer friendly.

Although the donuts are good but they are less crispy and kinda chewy. The chocolate syrup over the chocolate ones should be more than it is usually. The donuts can be greatly improved. But this does not make this place bad. It is good to have donuts here!

Nice donuts, though a bit pricey. The one plus one donut offer from bms makes this place a great value for money every time you go watch a movie in INOX. 😃

I really havent had a lot of donuts but I have been trying out a lot of them recently and especially the ones from MOD since its pretty close to home. So my review comes after trying a variety of donuts from their offerings. I really dont have a lot of know-how on donuts but the ones here definitely taste good. Regarding the outlet at Phoenix Market City, there are a few tables to sit and eat but otherwise its mostly a takeaway outlet with good staff and service.The packaging for takeaways can be made better which will help the donuts stay intact if youre carrying them along for some time.

Best donuts

Extremely rude and lazy staff. They serve donuts as though they are serving chats at food trucks. They dont know how to talk or behave with their customers. Were extremely rude to me while serving and acted as though they were doing m a favor by giving me donuts. They took my order wrongly and refused to change my order when i asked them to, saying that it will take more time on their part. Very bad service.

Please be patient with customer. Try to be not rude with customer. We are paying here, not taking anything for free. So, behave properly.

Typical Donut Taste... The Dunkins was better than this.. The staff here dont know most of the offers which MoD have announced.. Once there was an offer of Free Donuts for first 50 customers and I was 4th or 5th I guess they said that this offer is not in Pheonix outlet whereas the website clearly mentioned this website
