This is one of the old bakeries in Pune. They make amazing biscuits that are just very tasty and melt in the mouth. Their Shrewsbury biscuits are actually the original as the owner/founder of Khodayar was earlier a partner in Kayani, during which time he invented the Shrewsbury biscuits. Now, he has perfected and refined the biscuits and they taste and are much better than Kayanis. The other biscuits like Brazil Nut, Butterscotch are also utterly delicious.Though the timing is a bit different from the rest of the bakeries, the owner does not make them products for profit but as a passion and has a loyal customer base. Hes also a kind and jolly fellow who is open to criticism and suggestions to improve his products.This is a must try and once you do try their Shrewsbury biscuits, youll never want to try any other!

This is one of the famous bakeries in Pune.. People usually order Shrewsbury biscuits from here.. but my favourite is Walnut cake... all the items are freshly made..

One of the best bakeries in Pune. Their cheesy yet delicate cheese papri, the maska batasas, the brazilnut biscuit, shrewsbury & rusk toast are a class apart from the other local bakeries that sell biscuits. The bskery timings are merely 5.30 AM to 10.30 AM and I specially wake up early and trudge to the bakery for their wares. Yeah, theyre that good! A must try!
