0 stars for this fraud cake firm. They give wrong information saying the order can be delivered before 9 am. I place the order. Then they tell me it cant be delivered before 11am. I request them to make the delivery after 8 pm in that case as no one will be home between 9am and 8pm. I am made to pay 200 rs extra as delivery charges. But they make sure delivery is attempted at 2pm when no one is home.I am then told they cannot re-attempt the delivery and that the receiver has to collect it from the vendor. Absolutely no heed paid to the time request. I am denied second delivery attempt and also denied refund. Worst customer care service. My request to all, never order from this site. They are just frauds. No order delivered. No money back.worst experience everAlso, they should be reported to the consumer forum court. They are only cheating people and extracting money

0 star .fraud service, First I ordered one cake on 19th September, after delivery time they sent one mail that your order is cancelled because your delivery address is containment zone but there is no problem and they give one coupon code that i can use with in one year .again I ordered with coupon code after one days they said your order cancelled you can order with in one year with this coupon code, i replied i dont want any coupon code if you cant deliver to my location how i will order within one year. After they said they will deliver today but still not received .this is fraud service dont order from this company .

I would have given 0 star rating, as they have taken extra charge for specific time delivery and couldnt deliver product even after 4 hrs. Horrible customer service.They hang up after every 1-2 minutes, once they have informed you whatever they want.No replies to any emails sent.They offer cakes with discount codes and cheaper price.Once you make the payment u will receive another mail saying you need to make an additional payment of 100-200-250 rupees for delivery charges even when it is in the list of areas they deliver to. This has happened to too many customers.They will not refund you money back and there is no customer service.

1. Order ID # 713406. They charged ₹1080 for the cake I ordered for my brother.2. It was supposed to be delivered on 25 Aug 21. Till now, on 26 Aug 21 its not yet delivered.3. Nobody is responding at the customer care no. And if anybody is picking up, they are dropping the phone without giving any reason. Finally, one customer service executive named Neeta (seems fake name as nobody is revealing the identity) said that she will look into the matter. Now finally, after I called for 25–30 times, they confirmed that the cake cant be delivered. Once I asked for refund, they disconnected the phone. And now they are not picking up.4. Ordered from India cakes coz my usual reliable Fern and Petals could not deliver to a remote location. First, theres no email of order confirmation the customer care says check your spam. I dint receive the email Duh. anyway once I gave them transaction ID from bank they confirmed the order is received. Then my mistake with the date requested for same day delivery. Was assured will be delivered by 7pm after calling 3 times. Day 2. I have already missed the birthday, nobody bothered to call to say it was delayed, when I call to check they say will be delivered by 9 pm coz i chose normal delivery. The point is totally lost that they had the time to deliver it by 9 m a day before the least they could do was to ensure it reaches at the earliest, instead I am told I chose normal delivery. I ask can you atleast call me and inform me when the delivery is made. Nope. You will only receive an email. Mind you I havent got any email from india cakes till this time - neither for confirmation of order, nor delay of order, but I should expect an email. I say can you give me a solution - they say there was a problem yesterday and hence could not be delivered IN A LOOP. Solution - meaning ensure it is delivered at the earliest not wait till 9 pm for a delayed order at your end, ensure you call and inform, ensure you add an extra something to say sorry for the delay...No None Nada..I say cancel. - You will get a coupon. Thanks India cakes I would want to go over this whole ordeal all over again...EDIT - order received after a day buy nothing like what was ordered. Does carnation bunch of a single color look anything like this. I would give to them for the cake. But neither cake nor the bouquet was anything like what I selected. So BEWARE. Worst customer support they hung up everytime I brought up this issue.Before placing an order on the day I asked the person on chat specifically if they could be able to deliver the cake to my location, to which they confirmed they would be able to.Later next day I got an email from them asking me additional Rs. 200/- delivery, which came as a surprise to me but since this was urgent I paid the amount. The order was never delivered and it was not even informed by IndiaCakes that they could not deliver it (let the customer wait for eternity, because who cares?!)Following next day, I called and it was informed the order cannot be delivered.Now what kind of corporation are you running here - first you assure the customer that you will deliver the product, then you take their money, ask additional money for delivery and later you would not deliver it, instead you suggest that youd give a gift coupon that is completely useless (to only be used on your site that doesnt even deliver!).It has been more than a month I keep trying to connect IndiaCakes and IndiaCakes just never reply - all my money just gone like that, not to add that they ruined a birthday too!Moreover you should also improve your support center staff - The moment I raise questions about this, they disconnect the phone or just never reply on the chat.

The customer service executive had called and confirmed that cake will be delivered by 7.30pm on the same day itself, after confirming that the service is available even on a sunday, but did not get any call or message till now, Monday morning!!!!The customer service numbers are available only till 7pm.... what about the orders that are to be delivered after that timing and on Sundays?My childs birthday has been ruined. What we actually received was a 1/2 kg plain pineapple cake.Their customer care number is switched off. On going through their google reviews, l found that they have given themself five stars from different accounts. If you read through the reviews, many five star reviews are same, just copy pasted.Be warned. Do not buy from here and spoil somebodys special day with a cake from IndiaCakes. I had ordered a cake on 30Apr2020.Due to lockdown most of the websites were not accepting online order so I thought of trying India cakes for the first time.They have accepted the order and confirmed the time of delivery.The cake was not delivered as promised and there were no updates on the status of the delivery.After doing the lots of follow up I got to know next day that it was not delivered.I had cancelled the order and asked them to refund the amount back.I tried to check the status of refund through mail and chat .I got the response that they will refund the credit score not the amount.It has been more than 5 months I had sent so many mails and tried their customer care number many times but not getting any response regarding the refund from them.This is the worst online experience I have come across and will recommend not to go for India cakes any more.Order number was 349725 and mail was sent in name of Ritu Joshi.Multiple mails sent but no response received.

It was not delivered on that day .On calling your customer service on 1st Jan, 2021 they said it will be delivered by 3 pm today. Cake was not delivered on the order date and no message received with explanation. Next day, when I call to check for explanation, they say it will be delivered today - which in itself is bad customer service. Time promised passes, but no cake. Again no message what so ever, from their end. I had to call back, and then they say the delivery boy has fever and in current COVID situation, they cannot deliver. Seriously, they did not know this when they said, they checked with franchise and it will be delivered today!!!!! And it does not stop here. I called them at around 6pm and asked them to send the cake as soon as possible. But then also the cake was not delivered. I called them next day and asked them to refund the money. They promised me that they would refund money within 30days. But they didn’t refund the money.This indiacakes was recommended by my friend long time ago for its quality and service. But now it’s very poor.

One of the fraud website. I have ordered 2 cakes but both the cakes has been cancelled by them due to some reasons. And it’s been almost 25 days since I ordered prepaid. But no refund yet. Pls don’t use this website for placing Cake orders . Use some genuine website. I don’t even give a single star for rating. Worst and fake website. I lost my 2300/- rupees. They took my order but didnt deliver. They are not refunding my money. Trying to call but disconnecting my number. Fake totally fake. Service is hopeless and customer service is more than hopeless.Cake suppose tobe delivered before 2 pm was delivered 5.30 pm after 20 international calls and follow ups. Function is over and cake will remain in fridge only .Corona can be a reason but professional answers to all cuatomer is a basic think once shall expect which is missing.

Worst experience with online cakes first time ever!!!Never ever order from their online site.Delivery date was yesterday and the cake never got delivered. They dont contact on mail on order status, we need to keep calling them. Their live chat status takes up the order number and disappear.When I asked for refund, they said a coupon code will be given, but they unaware of franchise where we can redeem the code.I lost my money so please beware of the site.

Horrible service and no ownership. Cake not delivered. Customer service keeps disconnecting the call. No refund, instead coupon will be issued so that you are forced to make the same mistake of placing the order with them again.

I have very bad experience today. I made an order one day before ( Yesterday ) and I’m expected to be deliver by today as I mentioned. At around 4pm when I made a call to the customer service team they inform that the order will arrive before 7pm. Then I waited and at 7pm I called again and they inform the order won’t deliver today. Also they are saying if I want I can get it tomorrow. What a bad service. I ordered cake for birthday and they are not even informing a head of time and finally when I asked they offered to get by next day.Then the next day when I contacted for refund the amount for my cancellation due to their bad service and see below photo for their customer care team response as well.

Extremely disappointing service. They claim free delivery but ask for money after you place the order if you want the cake delivered, and they have no option to cancel an order if its their own mistake. They only give you a coupon if you cancel the order. I had to write multiple emails and follow up for 10 days just for the refund coupon. Placed an order using that coupon and its the same story all over again. Never received my order.

I ordered cake from their website and after following up for multiple times, they assured me that the cake will be delivered. First they told itll be delivered by 5 p.m, then they told by 7 p.m. and then 8 p.m and it never got delivered. This is the worst experience of mine on online delivery platform. Also, their customer care is too rude on call. Why do they accept orders if they cant deliver it. Total fraudsters !!On top of this, theyre not refunding my amount to the original payment method. What should I do with the coupon provided by them. Hi guys,I have ordered cake with order no 362587 and paid 1500 for cake but on the day of birthday they asked me to pay more 350. So I asked them to cancel the order and ask for refund.They said they will not refund instead they will give coupon code for 1500. I was ok with that, but for coupon code I have called them at 10 times daily(you also need to do else they will not answer)Then after receiving coupon code I have ordered 3 teddy bear but instead of 3 quantity my order 501996 get placed with 2 quantity. So I asked them to update my order and they had said okay but still they have delivered 2 teddy bear and looking to that the product was in worst condition. The cost for 2 product was 950, I asked them to refund 500 as the quantity was updated my them, but to get that I have called them atleast 15 time and I need to explain all story multiple times from beginning.They will also not send you the complaint number. Atlast I got coupon code of 500 and I ordered teddy bear with order number 504070 as I need to use my 500 coupon and today I got teddy bear that in worst condition also they send me different teddy bear as per there availability. Today I am trying to get replaced this product, lets see what they will do.I ordered cake on 28 Sep and today date is 2 DECIf you want to deliver cake or some gift, I can suggest you the best option,Search the local cake shop and get contact number from Just Dial, call and ask the local shop to deliver the birthday cake and pay them money online. I had ordered flowers for someone and after 1 hour of payment confirmation they sent me another email asking to pay 250rs more as delivery charges . Absolutely horrendous service from IndiaCakes. Had ordered a 1KG pineapple cheesecake worth 1900Rs for my sisters birthday but instead got 1/2 Kg plain pineapple cake worth 300Rs. I have ordered twice from this site which they didnt deliver. 1st time as they couldnt deliver they offered me a coupon, after chasing them up consistently ...2nd time I used that coupon but in vain, So I contacted them and they were too reluctant to give my money back and was offering me a coupon again, which i do have 0% belief.
