Totally worst bank.The first bank that DOESNT HAVE CUSTOMER CARE at all. Worthless staff . Dont know the meaning of empathy.If there was a 0 rating I can give I would give that to this bank.DONT GET CHEATED AND NEVER OPEN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK.only while opening account they will do a call back later on they wont even see your face

Worst bank ever. Online and in person services are hopeless. Law college road branch Staff very rude, least bothered with my issue. One staff just walked off, other started doing her own work, totally neglecting us.

Worst experience people are not interested in helping and opening new account, I have been told that without GST they can not open current account but there is no such norm and body language was to not to answer any questions and ask to leave.instsed of giving a solution
