I Have Good Service In hdfc bank sahakar nagar pune branch and all staff is helpful

I had a satisfactory experience over here.

Stay away from the Sahakar Nagar branch of HDFC. This branch is the most pathetic branches Ive ever seen. The people dont know anything. Different people ask for different documentation to get a same thing done. Worst is the branch manager. Ive been told the branch manager only comes to the branch for meetings. Its next to impossible to meet the manager let alone get any issues resolved from him. Once when I got to speak to him on the phone (luckily) he was downright rude and told me he had to go to a meeting and didnt have time for customers complaints. This branch and its manager is the reason Im closing all of my accounts at HDFC and taking my money elsewhere where customers are treated well. Good riddance!
