About construction work- Quality of work is really good. One of the best society in this area, compare to other & close the school, petrol pump, main road. easily accessible from Chinchwad, Bhosari, Moshi, Chakan, it is center of all. One good thing is new shopping mall / complex work is going on opposite Krystal city.

Great infrastructure but cheap crowd to live with.Owners here are not liberal and are a pain to be neighbours with.Its a nice society with Slum crowd with some exceptions. Children here play in the car parking area and damage the vehicles. The society committee sucks and has physical fights in monthly meetings. Water issues as well because of poor management. 5 stars for the society construction quality and -5 for the people

Good society with more than 400+ flats with lots of amenities like - club house, garden area, awesome podium for dedicated four wheeler parking, jog track, lifts, childrens play area, power backup, every corner is under CCTV surveillance. good house keeping staff to keep common areas neat and clean.And a lots of schools nearby for kids and childrens as well - SNPB international school, Bachpan kids schoolShopping complex - D-mart is recently opened near byDeepak sweets and bakery is near by.

Housing society complex in Moshi, but they dont allow couples those who are looking for living relationship so please get prepaired accordingly.

Great society and good budget homes here with options for 1BHK & 2BHK. It is very peaceful and the area nearby is developing at exponential rates. D Mart has also started nearby. Good CBSE & ICSE schools are nearby which makes it perfect for people with kids. Bachelors arent allowed here although I think that can be negotiated. Only thing is that it is a bit further away from main Pune city. No other problems as such.
