Because they have become too big for their boots. The staff have no cordial expressions, not that they are rude or indifferent but there is no customer focus at all. Its like take your stuff n buzz off. I got the feeling that . More over they have no payment apps which is a primitive way of functioning. More over on my way out I was ticked off by an elderly gentleman supposedly a staff or owner saying wear your mask carefully when I was wearing one. If it was not my respect for his age I wanted to reply protect your self . Also the quality of the products has detioterated. The puffs veg or non veg are a sham with a teaspoon of filling . The Lemon tarts have lost their charm . Will not be revisiting for sure.

The chicken sandwiches are the best. For vegetarians try the chutney or veg cheese sandwiches.

This bakery is very famous for for its mawa cake and lemon tart. Other than that even mayo sandwich, veg puff and chocolate cakes are amazing. If you are craving some good bakery items, this is the place to go.

Firstly they offer VEG Sandwiches which is an average product they are charging it exorbitantly Rs 50/- for two pieces of sandwiches.Secondly they dont accept credit cards absolutely ridiculous. Very poor management.

The quality is not good. I bought khari at Rs.85 and not satisfied by it. Instead people can go to hadapsar sabji mandi and buy good quality khari from the bakery at the corner at Rs.40 per 250gm. The rates may vary +-5Rs.

This ‘we would not change’ attitude will not not take you very far. Or may be it’s working great for you with collecting pile of unaccounted money.

This place is absolute minimal when I say that I mean everything is well balanced from their chicken sandwich that I had to the Blueberry Cheesecake, simply simple and yet so very spot on !! This place opens at 5 in the morning and so very pocket friendly I had Chicken cheese sandwich, chutney sandwich and a blueberry cheesecake all for ₹180 and man I was FULL !! So about payment part of it they only accept Cash for anything below ₹200 and they accept only Debit Cards for payments ₹200. Please note they do not accept CREDIT CARDS. THE STAFF IS ACCOMODATING.

I just loved the bun maska as well as the cream rolls both the soft ones and the crispy ones. Even the chocolate walnut cake was really good. They seem to have retained their hold on great quality products for reasonable pricing. Definitely would recommend going there and trying out the various products. Just remember that they take cash if the total amount of purchase is below Rs 200 while allowing a debit card or UPI payment beyond that.

They have tried to mimick a lot of Kayani, marzorin and Pasteur bakeries. But taste is not up to the mark.

This bakery is very famous for its mawa cake! It is a staple item for gifting to any relatives out of town, and even when our relatives visit, they make it a point to take back the cake. Other than that even the Mayo-sandwiches, cheesecake, Chocolate cake are amazing. If youre craving some good bakery items, this is the place to go.

So many a times I have heard of this place in conversations with my colleagues and friendsTried their Blueberry cheese cake, Rs 80 for a generous slice and a happy tummy.Their chicken sandwich was recommended by so many people and true to their words it was scrumptious . The bread was so soft with a really good amount of chicken, mayo filling. I payed just Rs 55 for this and I think this goes onto my top list of favourite things I have tried in Pune.They have various other items such as ginger biscuits, muffins, cakes, rolls and alot more. If you are in Pune, then this is a place should be in your bucket list!!!

Diamond Bakery has fresh bakery products.Only issue I feel that they accept only cash and doesnt accept digital payments.

During this difficult time they should accept digital payment cos everyone knows its not safe going to ATM 🏧 and withdrawing the cash. Almost everyone is accepting digital payment and I think they should consider this and start untill the things get normal.
