We ordered 1KG cake rasmalai cake, they delivered 300gram different flavour. When we called them there was no resonse from shop.

Food quality super

Cake made up of 80% cream, cake base was hardly there. Rasmalai cake comes with actual rasmalai and not only flavour.It spoiled the 42nd anniversary celebration of a couple.Also message on the cake was wrong, 42nd was written as 42RD.

My friend had ordered 3 cakes for a party and they delivered only one cake and when we called they said they will get back to us and they did not. avoid ordering from them online.

Worst cake ... it was not fresh ...dont ever buy from this shop .It would be a risk for your familychocolate walnut cake.

Sharing my experience for the cake ordered on swiggy from cakes and cakes, pimple nilakh on 2nd April 20.. perfect example of what you order and what you recieve. This cake shop has done an act disgusting ever. Please check the images of the choco vanilla cake which was delivered, it was in such a terrible state, and too my surprise it is been selling in the bestseller category. Please shut your shop if this is what you guys are expected of doing. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.. WASTE OF MONEY!!

My favorite shop. so creative. They deliver the cake exactly what we asked for. The cake base was chocolate truffle and made with fondant sheet taste was so good and their creativity on top. We have ordered 8-9 cakes from this shop till now and every time it is amazing. Thanks for delicious cakes and on time delivery.Placing order and payment is hassle free.

I ordered the choco vanilla cake through swiggy. The cake which was delivered was entirely different than pic shown in Swiggy and it was definatelly not Vanilla. Cake was in pathetic condition. I called restaurant but nobody picked. I called Swiggy as well but no satisfactory solution provided.

My worst experience while ordering a cake from Pune. I got a set of 2 dead ants, thoroughly engraved in the mango cake that I ordered. 1 star for the delicious looking cake minus the ants.

One of the worst cakes I had tasted till date. The five stars are surely paid ones. The cake looks like its been prepared in a local bakery soo sugary and synthetic colours are being used. I ordered a kiwi cake and it was pure synthetic taste. Completely useless cake shop and I request you all never ever order from such shops!! I am so disappointed.

Cake quality was good. Few areas of improvement -1) Delayed delivery by 2 hrs. Had to push plans2) On successful online order placement, there is no order/confirmation number generated. Worst experience ever.Seeing all the good reviews about on time delivery and taste of the cake ,I ordered a birthday cake from CakesNCakes to deliver it at 11:45 pm midnight. After I ordered and made online payment there was no communication at all from the shop. The cake was not delivered at the mentioned time. The delivery boy called me at 1:00 am in the midnight to take the delivery which I didnt take because when the time has gone then what is the use of taking the delivery now. I didnt even get a message saying that my order will be delayed. I was so embarrassed infront of my friends because there was no cake to celebrate the bday.It was a huge mistake that I trusted CakesNCakes.

Disappointed. The cake was different from what I have ordered, also the taste of cake was horrible nobody ate that cake because of oily and bitter taste was into it, I think they might use old material to make the cakes. The cake was not really worth for the amount I paid.

Please dont order if for a big function or large gathering or special occation, because in case something does go wrong, they arent professional enough to let you know the truth. I had been discussing cake designs for weeks and was always assured of perfect cake and delivery. When the date and time arrived i got no cake at the venue ... On endless calls when i tried contacting, either they switched off their cell, or didnt pick up or if someone picked, all they will say it will reach in 10min.. but one will tell the truth the reason of delay was 1st cake was damaged, so that we could have made alternate arrangements. We were left embarrassed and frustrated by their unprofessional behavior in front a huge crowd. Paying hugely for a special table setup and camera people to capture the occation with this cake cutting, that reached after4-5hours than the due time, when all guests left. Regardless how beautiful or tasty the cake could be, but if it is not there at your main function at the time promised then everything is pointless. No sorry or excuses could reverse time or recover the loss we had to go through. They need to understand to respect the time commited. Please order at your own risk!!
