Have been here a hundred times but lately the quality is slowly getting degaraded. Idk if this is the covid effect. The cakes they keep are at many times day olds and they sell them to customers saying fresh. As I had previously faced issues with couple of their chocolate cakes. Took a pineapple cake recently from them and it turned out to be spoilt when consumed.

The place offers great cakes. But the staff is the least interested in talking to customers and makes the whole experience sad. So if you are really excited about your friend or family s birthday i recommend you to take your business to someone who is happy to sell cakes and celebrations material.

They make the best customized cakes in Pune.I just Watsapped them the image and they came up with the exact same , no no even better version of it on a short notice (I ordered at 4:00 p.m and the cake was ready before 8:00 p.m )Kudos to brownie point for making this possible on a short notice....

The brownie was nice and there were a bunch of options for cakes as well but the staff was mainly uninterested that kind of made the experience bad.

Our regular place for birthday cakes, brownies. Price is at a higher side, but quality is very good. Run by young professional staff. Their blueberry cheesecake is yummyVisited this shop today, most of the employees were not wear proper mask and not properly. Packing items with bare hands, no tongs, no gloves. Disappointing

Customer is God its just a saying for this guys, I gave so much business and what I get in return is just NO for everything I ask, its our mistake atlast who just compermise and give them business, I know if wont make any difference its me alone, however will make sure no one frm my frnds and family gives them business. They created fights on my 3 yrs kid birthday. The worst service always. And will never change because of the rich people around them.

Extremely disappointed with brownie point service on 22nd May 2021. I always order cakes from brownie point as the quality and taste was so good always, however the cake that I ordered today was very pathetic and had a very bad taste. I had ordered pineapple and mango flavour cakes which were poor in taste and were not fresh at all. The base of the cake was not fresh and was smelly and the mango was stale over the cake. Not expected this out of brownie point. Disappointed.

Yummy Birthday customised cakes

Excellent cakes🍰, pastries, brownies and savoury items. When there is a celebration at home like birthdays, anniversary etc. I order from Brownie Point only. It is expensive but quality is A1. Ferrero Rocher browine is the best brownie. Red Velvet cake 🍰 is creamy and delicious, it is one of the best Red Velvet cakes I have tasted. Never been disappointed with Brownie point.

Swift and speedy, with a great collection of cakes and brownies. Theyre small and quaint but their quality and taste of cakes is unparalleled. We had placed an order for an Oreo cheesecake earlier, which was a melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Later when we went to the store to ask for the same, they could prepare it in 10 minutes, fresh. We also had the ferrero rocher brownies and the red velvet giant cupcake, both of which were delectable. Its an extremely affordable cake shop for the multitudes of cake flavours they offer, especially in this day and age. 10/10

Was one of my favourite birthday haunts for their ice cream cakes. They were more reasonable than other popular brands and their brownie chocolate cake was the first of its kind. I believe it still is popular. The novelty has worn off. There are plenty of other options now.

Had ordered chicken puff online and they have sent cold Puff made in the morning. Not even luke warmed it. Extremely hard in eating and quantity of chicken is very less.

I spent 200 on 2 pastry (Dutch truffle n dead by chocolate) they were smelling badly (routine egg smell) I ordered from zomato they delivered on time bt pastries were smelling very bad...I called them but they not even received my calls... bakwas expirance...dont buy anything..!!!

Its great to have a few options while choosing cake. Brownie Point has some great cakes to choose from, more than what weve been able to get from the neighboring cake shops. The cakes vary in size and meets many price points, which is a major relief. Do check the box of candles youll get from the shop as mine turned out empty and it was pretty embarrassing. I would definitely recommend getting your bakes from here.
