I was cheated!I had ordered Cupcakes Cake to be made in the number 16 in Ferrero Rocher flavor. The entire conversation happened, the quote was shared by the owner and I made the payment. Once I made the payment, a confirmation message with a completely different requirement was sent to me (screenshots attached as images) - instead of ferrero rocher, chocolate cup cakes were confirmed. I had got this reference from a very renowned group and had a very good experience from many sellers, never imagined I could be cheated by any seller from that platform, I completely missed the word chocolate in the message sent as confirmation (since I never expected for a seller to quote for ferrero rocher and take the money and then change the requirement when confirming payment receipt). When we cut the cake in the party, all the guests started asking where I ordered it from and which flavor it was. Thats when we understood we were cheated, we paid for a ferrero rocher cake and got normal chocolate cup cakes which were very bad in taste. Ferrero rochers were used only for decoration and were very few. Also, these were not original ferrero rochers, these were a copy. They tasted really bad. The cup cakes also tasted really bad. Out entire occasion was spoilt. I will NEVER recommend this baker. Its best to order with proper prominent bakers who have proper stores and a name in the market.

Be careful when you are dealing with them. You will get to know that your order is not taken out of the blue! Basically they dont care, you will feel like you are begging for their help! Fortunately there is ample talent available in this field in Pune.
